I made an appointment on Saturday with a stylist I was told was one of their best who just happened to have an opening on Monday. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.

The place was disgustingly filthy and old however I stayed for the treatment which was over in 30 minutes! Had to ask the tech to trim and file my nails otherwise she was just putting my sandles back on to paint them. Once painted she used a small hand tri - fold fan to dry them, like seriously?? The nail polishing looked like a 5 year old did it!!!! I immediately left and went to another place in town to have them fixed, they actually took as long to fix them as it did for the whole entire pedicure!! I can't even give them 1/2 of star rating, if anything I'd give it a -10 rating!!! Never ever go to this place!!!

I received a quick effective haircut in about 10 to 12 minutes. She offered to curl my hair, which I said wasn't necessary, but she said she had a way to do it quick. So I said OK. The curl was very quick and not the best. I asked for a little layers in the back. And there wasn't very many noticeable ones and I asked for a refresh on my curtain bangs, which she did do. But there's a section that has a hard chop that I'll have to get fixed. For a service that is a base price of $50 I would have expected a little more pampering. Leaving the salon smelling good with some fresh product. But if you're looking for a quick baseline service it was just that. Not horri blue, just wished there was more for the price

I don't trust many people with mine because it's taken me a long time to grow it out and take care of it, but he was the first person to cut it after two years of no trims, and I've been coming back every three months ever since. My hair has never felt better. I also brought my mom once, she wanted a short haircut, but Cameron made a better recommendation based on her face shape, and it turned out amazing. She left feeling so confident and beautiful! I've also been doing the strengthening treatment with my cuts, and it's made my hair noticeably healthier and shinier. This time around, I came in for a trim and a Keratin Express treatment, and the results were wowwwww. With all the rain lately, I usually get a ton of frizz, but this treatment actually works and is totally worth the hype.
