Second time here for hair color and I won't go back. Both times with Megan. The first time here I was asking for a burgundy color. It turned out way too red. The second time I was trying to get heavy highlights. I was realistic about going as blonde as I wanted to go, but my hair actually turned out darker than when I started. I finally had to ask her where the blonde was when she finished. You could tell she was not really sure about the style and what happened when we finished. I came in one day and was given 2 appointments for my daughter and I for the very next day, which I was both surprised and impressed with since we were wanting a lot done to our hair. Wanted this done to splurge for my trip to Hawaii next week. I was going kind of drastic (for me anyway lol). I had never dyed my hair an unnatural color before and started with having it done on the underneath and wanted some peek-a-boos that could be seen from the top. She talked me into a darker color as a base so the purple would pop and I was totally okay with that because I was thinking of doing it anyways. My hairdresser was fantastic. She kept me informed of everything she was doing and of the cost upfront and along the way. I love love love the way it turned out. My only complaint is that I really really wish it had the peek-a-boos (which I don't see (nor others) but it is hard to look at the back of my head myself lol). Matter of fact I love it so much I would get more of the color next time (I just really wanted the purple to peek through from the back when my hair was down. I chose to try them because they had 5 stars overall, and I now know they work hard to earn each and every one! It's difficult to find a great hairdresser that you also feel comfortable with, and since it had been a whole year (thanks COVID) since I'd even tried to get my haircut, I was a little nervous. I had no reason to be as the whole staff was professional and welcoming. Anastasia, my hairdresser, was also very understanding and listened patiently. She was kind and accommodating, and she educated me about products for my hair type when I shared some of the issues I'd been struggling with.
