The great thing about Valerie is that she listens to exactly what you want-I ended up wanting to try a new style for myself-risky, if you don't know your stylist, but Valerie not only listened, she delivered! James is a great guy , great hairstylist and a genuine good person, cuts great hair and is great to talk too, however his title as a master hairstylist means your going to pay more for the cut. Now, I'm just recently divorced, bought a house, Im living on half my salary so I have to be careful how I spend my money, James charges $40:for a haircut and it's well worth it unless you know you can get about the same cut from a barber or a different hairstylist. I know of two that do it for $20 I just have to travel to Ellijay, 40 miles away, but I may have too. Now remember that the price of the haircut does not include a tip, which I give $10, so now the haircut is $50, I promised myself a while back that I would not pay $50 for a haircut, I will have to go back to Barb who is a master stylist but only charges $20 The shop was great, the owner was there, everything went smoothly and if you're willing or able to pay $40 for a haircut then you should go there.

I went to this salon to get a haircut just to blend in my layers in my hair that had been bleached…read moreoff. I told her curtain bangs and she cut my bangs short and that's not what I wanted. My hair was done by Debbie and I looked like I had a mullet and that's not what I wanted. It was truly embarrassing for me to leave the salon like that plus my hair wasn't even fully dry. It was still damp. I never wanna go back to this salon ever again and I do not recommend them cutting hair cause this is the most unprofessional place to get your hair cut at. They don't know how to properly do hair. This lady needs to be Retaught how to do hair. She didn't even section my hair off to make it all look even. My hair is definitely not blended in the back and looks worse than what it was. I am truly embarrassed and want to cry because of how bad it looks to me. Yall will never be seeing me there ever again. 40$ down the drain and wasted when I could have paid at a better salon.
