I am a recent "convert" to Salon 361 from a very well-known chain of salons in Columbus when my former stylist/hair magician left. I adored her and how she did my hair, but it was time to move on from that salon when she left. It's always painful to lose a stylist that knew my hair and always knew exactly how I wanted it, but sometimes, change is good. I had heard of Salon 361 in my hometown and had read all the glowing reviews, so I decided to stop driving 35 miles and give them a try. Boy, oh boy, am I glad I did! My first appointment for color and cut with MJ - my new "hair magician" and "style superhero" was truly awesome and she worked magic on my color and cut. The shampoo experience itself was worth the trip, but the things MJ did to tweak my color and style, make me all energized and tingly when I look in the mirror. Many of my friends and co-workers have commented on the new "do" and the color. It's perfect and the whole experience at Salon 361 was perfect! I have found my new home for hair. How lucky am I that this wonderful salon is just a few miles from my house? But even if they weren't, I would drive miles to get an experience and a result this good. Salon 361 is the best salon around, hands down. Incredible, welcoming atmosphere from employees that always have a smile on their faces. The owner (my wife) works around the clock to ensure each and every customer is treated the right way every time. To find a salon like this in our small area is amazing and it's exciting to see the growth in the 3+ years since they've opened. The clientele is special! The people who return time after time are treated like family, knows everyone there, and knows what to expect when they walk through the doors. No other salon in the county can compare, from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are surrounded in a totally relaxing and drama free environment. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with this salon. Coming from Columbus and visiting salons there, I was usually happy but never blown away by the service I got. The cut I got from Aly and Kendall blew me away. They went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted and make it work with my difficult hair. Everyone at the salon works as a team and seems to listen to each other's advice, which is pretty awesome. The energy in the room was positive and upbeat, not catty. Salon 361 is by far the best salon around! The salon itself is gorgeous, all the stylists are wonderful and you can tell they love what they do! Aly has been doing my hair for over 6 years and I get compliments every single day on the color. The girls at 361 are wonderful. My hair is more difficult to process and Aly is very patient with working with me. I have been going to salon 361 before it was 361 it is very comparable to that big spa feel and I believe that's pretty impressive for a small town. I rarely tell Aly what I want and leave my appointment to her creative liberties without disappointment. I am continuously recommending people to use the salon. I primarily use Aly as my stylist but would be completely confident and comfortable using any of the stylist in the salon. read more

Visiting with the in-laws in Ohio, I was looking for a place to get a pedicure and possibly a trim on a Friday. I first had an appointment at head to toe, but being pregnant walked out backwards due to many acrylic fumes in the air. Arriving at Salon 361 felt like a respite. The air was clean and Kendall treated me to a very relaxing pedicure. They were able to fit me in for a great quick hair trim too. Happy for the experience! read more

I've been going to Salon361 since it opened and actually followed the girls before it opened.. The salon has a very warming feeling when you enter! The salon is for sure the most upscale one in Knox County. They do amazing mani's and pedi's .. The hair service is terrific. I've saw some of them fix some hair that was touched by other salons. Wouldn't recommend any other place. read more

I loved my hair! I needed my hair brightened and she did a great job. I also got my eyelashes lifted and tinted which was a neat thing to try. I didn't notice a big difference from the lift but I have nothing negative to say, I just wouldn't have that particular service again. read more
