She's had several hip hop teachers over the years but all have been fun and professional and have taken her to a better understanding and enjoyment of the art of dance. Prodigy puts together an outstanding recital every year that always sells out. The owners and staff are so friendly and really care about each student. He is efficient, flexible and will always give you the best advice. My daughter is a competitive dancer she's in many classes with many outstanding teachers. Her first year competing with her solo she was top first place. Thank you Prodigy School of the Arts for improving my daughter's voice, acting and dance skills that she was able to use in her pageant competition and won. She was in the "birds" group which was adorable that they're all in a very close age group (10-19 months I believe) .. it was exciting watching weekly as diff kids reached different milestones ie everyone was cheering Leah on as she only took a few steps there one week, then suddenly walking the next week. Her teacher Colleen is AMAZING- she somehow managed to learn every child's name upon a few minutes of meeting them, always referring to them by name throughout and cheering them on. She showed genuine excitement as she watched my daughter learn to walk. She was very gentle everytime she used Leah or other kids as a "model student" to demonstrate equipment. The format of the class is perfect for their attention span at this age.. introductions and music, bubbles, sensory balls, parachute etc with climbing exploring time thrown in between each. We would meet as a group briefly to try out a piece of equipment then again break back into climbing/exploring/ "free time". What I really love too is that their price is fair especially if you are able to make the practice session each week.. also, that makeups are allowed as long as you give them a heads up which day that week you're coming instead. So many kids places don't allow makeups but this allows flexibility in case something comes up. We paused for summer but I am sure we will be returning in the fall and hoping Colleen is our teacher again!

I also feel like the dances are not at a good level and are very behind technique wise and yet they go to comps expecting to win there dancers now No Terminology and can't even do a proper leap. They also play music with bad language I do not recommend.
