Tay has also been amazing, always helping us with scheduling and making us feel right at home. It's been so exciting to see how much we've improved with each lesson. We genuinely look forward to every class, and learning to dance together has turned out to be such a fun and romantic experience. I only wish we had started sooner! When I say this specific Dance With Me location has the most inviting, friendly, encouraging staff, I mean it! Everyone is welcome, and taking classes here has shown me that anybody can be a dancer. I was concerned because I'm plus sized, and I thought I might experience some limitations, but being here taught me that I was the only thing holding me back. They went out of their way to deliver excellent customer service, on many instances coming in to the venue before/after hours to accommodate my family's schedule. They stayed throughout the entire event and were extremely responsive to any requests we had through the entire event. I highly recommend this company. Our event had roughly 100 people and we utilized the smaller of the 2 event spaces and it was MORE than enough room. We brought in our own food and beverages and the team at Ikonic Dance allowed us to use their kitchenette space, as well as 50 in house chairs and tables. There were 2 restrooms as well as a waiting area at the front of the venue. They had a freshly installed wood dance floor completed before our event which was an added benefit. The facility overall is in EXCELLENT condition.

It's loud enough to make you feel comfortable and not like others are staring. But quiet enough for you to easily listen and converse with your instructor. Front desk personnel are friendly and quick. Make some small talk but multitask, get the job done and you're out of there! I N S T R U C T O R Dia, our dance instructor, was very warm and friendly. She's kind of quirky and has a vibrant personality. She is a great instructor because she is able to verbalize what body movements to move to help non dancers/those with limited music sense, like my husband, understand the basics. She seems very open to answering questions. She's very knowledgeable. Because of her, I was very happy to sign an additional few classes to learn more about each dance style. D A N C E C L A S S In our first 20 min class we learned the basic steps to: foxtrot, waltz, rumba, and swing. We surprised all of our guests with our first dance, and everyone was talking about it for the rest of the night - it was the highlight of our wedding for sure! As part of our dance package, we had the opportunity to perform our wedding dance for a large group of dance students ~1 week before our wedding at the studio. This was a great experience, because it allowed us to practice in front of an audience once before our big day, and to get all the nerves out.
