I immediately pulled around to the office and reported what happened. I was asked to fill out a damage report, and staff took photos of the damage. The office manager reviewed the video footage and told me he clearly saw where it happened and that the company would be in touch within a week to take care of it. Weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeatedly followed up both by phone and by stopping in three separate times, but was never given an answer or a contact name or number for ownership or corporate. Today, when I called again, the manager simply said the claim was denied. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. My wife and I have canceled our service and will never use this company again.

Conventional oil changes start at $35.99 and include a bevy of more service than your standard oil change. They check and top off all the fluids, check lights, tires, and even vacuum your floors. The car wash attendant walked around our car and used a rag to wipe off any noticeable spot before we went into the car wash, then he used a brush to wash the dead bugs off the front before we went into the wash. I'm not to our destination to really take a good look but from my initial review my car looks great for having a basic wash. I'm pleased!
