We arrived at the Park Inn Radisson after a long day of touring. This was our last night in Copenhagen and had no energy to go back into the city for dinner. We decided to eat downstairs. The restaurant is basically to the side of the reception area. The options were fairly limited in terms of entrees. We ordered two appetizers and decided to split an entree. The beet root tartae was tasty especially if you like beets. The other appetizer was the tuna but it was very small. Literally 2-3 bites and done. The entree we ordered was the cannoli. The sauce was a little too heavy but the noodles was nice and chewy. The bread was the best part of our meal. Price was little steep for the portion size, but would recommend future guests to eat here for a night snack vs a meal. read more

My family was staying at the hotel overnight and didn't feel like leaving for dinner. Salt & Pepper was a pleasant surprise. We ordered off the dinner menu, not the bar menu. My brother and I both had the fish soup. It wasn't what I expected, it was really close to a lobster bisque. It was very nicely flavored and quite delicious. However, the smoked cod and croutons that were supposed to come with it were absent. My brother also ordered the side salad, no choice of dressings but a nice size salad with a good variety of ingredients. I had the Thai-style caramelized pork, just the right amount of spice with a side of rice. Portion was big enough that I couldn't finish it. Brother had a beef with pasta in a cream sauce. He quite liked it and it was a nice-sized portion. Dad had the strip sirloin with fries. Steak was a bit small but there was a huge amount of French fries. Dad said it was good. He had some very good homemade ice cream for dessert. Only complaint was that the kitchen was very slow, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. read more

I arrived at the hotel both hungry and tired. Although I am not a fan of hotel bars for dinner generally, I decided to go for it anyways. It was pretty much as expected. The food was possibly slightly above expectations, but nothing special. The price was relatively expensive and the menu small. I had the pumpkin soup and club sandwich (95 and 155 DKK respectively). Both were tasty, but after waiting a fair while, it may have just been because I was really hungry. Service was okay, nothing special. I would return but not in a hurry. read more
