So that I can put the dogs inside and close the doggy door. 4 times now they have shown up without doing that, including today The last time they did it, luckily they were lying and I caught them on my doorbell camera, walking up and leaving and then billing me. Otherwise they would have walked into a backyard of 2 full-sized German. Shepherds and 3 mid-sized dogs. I called last week to let them know that my yard was being overrun by weeds, as I told them the last time they were here and so Sunday, I received a text that they would be here Monday. It rained on Monday, but they didn't bother to even call or text to say they would not be here and then guess what? They just showed up out of the blue today. I spoke with the man over the phone and told him about an area that was being overrun by crabgrass and large, 4 / 6 and 4 / 10 areas in the backyard, they're turning into dirt , because there are just giant weeds covering the area. He said he didn't see anything in the area, so I don't even know what to say now. You have a company that lies about showing up, shows up when they're not supposed to, cannot figure out how to make a simple phone call or text to let you know they're coming and then doesn't even want the work when shown an obvious area that It is overrun by weeds. Run, don't walk from this company. They're just gonna rip you off and destroy your yard in the process.
