He helped swap out the crappy jewelry that was originally used for something much better quality. He made sure it was properly sterilized and was incredibly gentle removing the old jewelry and placing the new post. It's been 2 days and I've noticed a huge difference in the healing process already with the appropriate jewelry in place. He also gave some good after care tips that have helped a bunch. If they are going to fall apart, why are you selling them? Also they upgraded the cleaning solution without telling me and would only take one bottle back because they opened one at the time of the piercing. I talked to other mothers who spent a lot more than they anticipated because Claire's tactics are to take advantage of mommy's. The piercings themselves were fine, I just do not appreciate doing business with people who take advantage of and pray on parents like this. They are probably working on commission. This is at the mall in Pocatello. Even though one bottle of solution was refunded, I still feel swindled.
