This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). In fact, we didn't even think he was going to show up. And when he did arrive, he never even apologized, but instead just blamed his lateness on the "traffic." I should've kicked him to the curb then, but unfortunately decided to be "nice" and give him another chance. Well, that was a mistake. I had Josh come over another time to give us a quote on a fairly major job. He spent at least 30 minutes at our house and seemed to be interested in doing the work. He then said he'd be giving us a quote soon. Guess what? We never heard from him again! If Josh decided he couldn't handle the job or just didn't want to do it, he could've politely said so. But no, he chose to "ghost" us instead. Does it get any more unprofessional than that? Actually, looking back, I think he did us a big favor. And I'm sure glad I didn't give him any money. Josh Pugh is a rude, immature coward who doesn't have the guts to tell you what he's really thinking. Apparently he has no problem ducking out and just leaving you hanging.
