Technically, it's not "new", it's rebuilt from a previous tornado devastation. But they're back and better than ever. I hope what we saw today is a sign of things to come. Plenty of different options, a new organized system and friendly people. They have more pre-packed items than other "used" shoppes and the prices are a bit higher. But every Wednesday, Seniors age 60 and older get 20% off. On Thursdays, Veterans, Active Duty Military, and their families get 20% off. Every time you donate, you get a 10% off coupon good in ALL of their thrift stores. We spent a good deal of time browsing, today. Very fortunate to find a couple silver pieces and a ton of new born outfits that will be perfect for our third grand daughter, due in April. 01/24

Prices are VERY high--often at or even above retail for many items, which defeats the purpose of shopping secondhand. You're better off buying brand new in some cases. The selection of quality items is meager, with most of the inventory being either outdated, worn, or simply overpriced for the condition it's in. It feels more like a boutique trying to cash in on the thrift trend than a store genuinely serving the community with affordable options. If you're looking for real bargains or hidden gems, this probably isn't the place.

While dropping off a bag of donated garment, I was approached by a rude and obnoxious employee that insisted on yelling at me for dropping the bag in the wrong bin (an honest mistake). She insisted on being extremely combative with me even though I told her I wasn't sure where the proper drop off was supposed to be. She was extremely rude and had no remorse for her terrible attitude. I treat people with respect, and I would hope that someone in customer service would do the same, especially when someone is trying to donate to charity.
