I received a text message through Facebook messenger from an employee at this Salvation Army thrift store that I had in advertently left a store credit card in a wallet I had donated. We arrived the next morning at 10 AM opening time and were handed back the card. I gave a small donation of appreciation but nothing would have added up to what could've happened if the card landed in dishonest hands. Many thanks to this group of ladies who were supportive and eager to make sure I received the card back during the holiday season!! read more

While this happened more than 6 years ago, I feel I must add my comments to the list. I needed to purchase a walker for my wife who had balance problems. I went in the Thrift Store to see if they might have one and found exactly what I wanted. It was almost brand new and probably had never been used. The price was $15. for a wheeled walker that would probably have been many times that price new. Then I got a senior discount of $3. So my experience was finding a quality item at a bargain price. read more

We like stopping off at a thrift shop for fun now and again. We've found some bargains but by and large (and I do not like to say this about a Salvation Army - as they do soooo much good in the community) half of the items need to be tossed and the prices reduced to move them out. The employees are very friendly and always patient. read more

Very small place, prices are too high for what they have. Savers had them beat hands down.
