I had a typical Spanish lunch with fine breads,hamone and seafood. I really liked the ambiance, family style but upscale with all of the linens and cutlery. Place was busy and they have a ton of staff. Easily 20 people work in this restaurant on the lunch shift. Food was great, service quick. I can't pick out one thing that was amazing but if I was forced I would say the peach soufflé was divine. You have to be into soufflé to appreciate it. The absolute best experience! We visited during the Féria on Sept. 17. We we very fortunate to get a reservation, considering they had been booked a month before! This place had been recommended by a friend, as a " must visit!" Wow! What a fabulous dinner! Upon arrival, we were seated at a very well located table. We were able to experience the complete ambiance of a well run, top notch restaurant. Our server, Pilar, was very helpful in suggesting various menu options. It was more than obvious that we had the good fortune to be in class restaurant surrounded by cultured patrons! Gourmet! Delicious entree's! Tasty house wines! Yummy desserts!
