Disorganized and Unresponsive Initially, my experience with Poo the Rescue started off well. They were quick to respond--within a couple of hours--and scheduled my service for the following week. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. This is a prepaid service, but they don't bill until the day before. When there was an issue with my invoice, they were slow to respond and only communicated via text, despite my calls and emails. The invoice they sent was incorrect, which I pointed out multiple times, yet they failed to correct it in a timely manner. Then, they simply didn't show up on the scheduled day--without any notice. When I followed up, they blamed it on my lack of prepayment, but the reason I hadn't paid was that they had billed me incorrectly (almost double with the wrong service times and incorrect number of dogs). Even after I repeatedly tried to resolve the issue, they failed to acknowledge their mistake and never reached out by phone to clarify. Their response was essentially that all necessary information was in the welcome email and quote--but it wasn't. While they were friendly enough, the entire process was disorganized and frustrating. A business that requires prepayment should ensure their billing system is accurate and responsive, and at the very least, communicate with customers when they fail to provide the scheduled service. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their customer service and internal processes.

Well as the days went by, I saw more and more poop on the fence. I was starting to wonder just what kind of animal was using my fence as a toilet! I turned to Google, as one does, and my first call was to a "wildlife relocation" company, but they would only set a trap, no cleanup. My husband suggested a pet waste company and that's how I found Scoop Le Poop! I initially talked to Valerie and she asked for a couple of photos which I sent. From there, I got an estimate and we set up a date for the job. Sergio and Nelson came out, removed the poop and thoroughly cleaned my fence and my next door neighbor's fence. They also sprayed cayenne spray and coyote urine that I bought on Amazon ahead of time. Sergio and Nelson were pleasant and professional. If you have a critter waste problem, these are definitely the guys to call!

Would have the same few people in rotation coming and it was always great. Then a few months ago we started noticing our gate being left open, people showing up in unmarked vehicles, and even the bag of poop being left in our front yard. (See photos) I reached out to the company 2-3x and could never get someone on the phone. I finally emailed when the bag was left at our home on the lawn because that was unacceptable and I asked for them to call me so I could work it out with them, They said that it should have always been an extra cost for them to remove the poop they scoop and if it hasn't been over the last 3 YEARS, then they need to add it? Nothing about this being a new policy, but just that I should be getting charged more if this was not standard for our service? I was extremely confused, they offered no response for my concern and not to mention, they absolutely would not get on the phone if their company depended on it for some reason. So frustrating, cancelled service immediately and it's obvious they didn't care. This company does not care about its customers or the service they provide and it's blatantly obvious.
