The invoice said everything was fine and when we moved in it wasn't working. They then said that it was working 1/3 of the time but decided to leave that out of the invoice we were provided. THEN, they came out to give us an estimate and said it was $1200. We got another company to come out, they said one of the parts wasn't plugged in and that this sham of a company did a terrible job cleaning. LITERALLY QUOTED US $1200 FOR SOMETHING THAT WASNT EVEN BROKEN. THESE PEOPLE ARE CLUELESS. I don't even know why they have a business. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE.
