I think it's a family run business (there are definitely a few people there who look like they share the same gene pool, that's how I'm basing my guess here). They fitted the locks on my new house last year. They were efficient and really reasonably priced. If you live nearby, ie, in Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Rotherhithe, Bermondsey, there's a whole host of other stuff on offer in the shop like key cutting, shoe repairs etc. They fixed my very high heeled boot once immediately when I was on the move and the zip broke (=awesome) so I could carry on with my night and head out. Fergus asked me a few questions about the door type and the address and told me that he will be at my address within 30 to 40 minutes . Actually he was on time, no delays, and within few minutes he managed to open the doors and charged me half the price of the previous lock smith.
