The email form was right off their website. What did I hear back? Crickets... nothing. Why encourage people to send an email when there is not going to be a response?? Even if everyone but one person is away on vacation, surely that one person can reply to the email to just say... we received your email and someone will be able to call you on (date). After months of useless responses from Diane, I was forced by city inspectors to remedy the problems myself at a cost of over $20,000. If you want good legal guidance, steer clear of Weeks.

This oversight resulted in two more years of legal battles, during which I was left without adequate child support while facing serious health challenges. I later learned from a new lawyer that this issue should have been addressed in the original agreement and is now being classified as a pre-existing condition--something that could have been avoided with more thorough representation. While I have been advised I have grounds to take legal action, I have no desire to go through that process again.
