We used Samantha Cooley for the closing of a home in May, 2019. We were happy with the service and recommend her highly.

I learned from Yelp about VIP mortgage, ive read all the reviews and they are all true!!! So when…read moreyou're reading this, look no further, they are the best in the valley!! Mike and his team has helped us purchase our dream home on a target date and did everything so smoothly and seamlessly. With what seems to be a stressful, complicated and scary decision to get into, they've been very helpful every step of the way. They would respond to inquiries quickly and even reply back to emails after office hours. They have referred us to arealtor/agent named Beth, who was very awesome. She even had multiple visits and doing video recordings of the properties as we are way out of town. She has responded to all emails and texts even in the middle of the night. Learned a lot from her with this experience. This is a very memorable experience for us as we are first time homebuyers! So if you want to be like us having a stress, free journey, let Mike and his team help you on this!!!.

Mike is one of my most preferred lenders. He is incredibly personable, always immediately…read moreresponsive, and takes great care of my clients. He is very knowledgeable and knows all the loan options to best serve my clients. He also keeps in touch with clients to offer refinancing and HELOCs when rates go down. He also takes the time to make sure client understand their funding, how the process works, and makes sure closings are on time or even early. Finding a lender I can count on and I feel comfortable referring to all my clients is a huge asset. Dawn Elliott, Realtor Tierra Antigua

Hard to assess, really. With two of their listed "High Quality" providers, I had two vastly…read moredifferent experiences: One a "Zero Star" (One-Star, really, since you can't do Zero) with Soverign Lending Group out of Costa Mesa, CA, and another on the full opposite end of the Spectrum: A Full, unequivocal 5-Star experience with Ben Egenreider of Wyndham Capital out of Charlotte, NC. I couldn't possibly recommend Soverign any LOWER, nor Wyndham any HIGHER. As for Lending Tree, since they did connect me with Wyndham, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt here, and hope they scrub Soverign from their recommended list. Horrible. I already had a contract with an auto dealership to purchase a vehicle and just wanted…read moreto compare rates on auto loans. An internet search steered me to LendingTree, I entered all my information and the only thing I indicated I was interested in was a loan. After entering my details I was taken to a screen where it said it'd be helpful if I got a credit check for $1. When I did an internet search for the the site I was taken to when I clicked on that offer, I found it was often used to get people to enter their personal detail and bank card information with the promise of an inexpensive credit report, but the real aim was for the site to get details about the person entering their information. I closed that page without entering anything. Next, LendingTree directed me to try and get car insurance quotes, which I didn't need and wasn't interested in. I was only here to check auto loan rates, so I closed my browser. While I never got a single message or e-mail or call from any lenders with offers for loans with great rates, which is the only reason I went to LendingTree, instead I got both texts and calls from car dealerships wanting to sell me a vehicle! I didn't need a car, I was already contracted to purchase one, I just went to LendingTree to compare loan quotes - and I never received a single loan offer, which the sole reason I went to this site. Aggravating for sure.
