If you go here make sure you "Request an Estimate"(From Christine, Manager). Apparently, the amount they tell you is a guess unless you request is to be official! Never heard of this before in the years of going to dentists. Watch out for the "Balance Past Due" bill for the amount that was not covered. I received this Bill with a colorful past due sticker not even 30 days after the procedure! very disturbing after the amount of Money that is already paid, to receive a bill! Today I got a summons to small claims. Upon contacting Joanne's office, their secretary in the most condescending way said it was my fault and they refused payment directly, put me on speaker phone, so a room of people could hear my conversation, which was immature and unprofessional. Plus asked the dentist to send the pai medication to Walgreens on Plain St. but they for whatever reason it was send to CVS on Bridge St. Which i live nowhere near. I called to the office early in the morning and let them know they eventually re-send it to Walgreens, late in the afternoon, after the pain went away. Plus office didn't look all that clean. Won't be going back.
