Honestly the sprinkler repairman just left and I had to write a review before I forgot or didn't have time. Very professional, on time, kept in contact about apt and very friendly. Service was perfect. I had to replace 3 rotors, raise two of them and move another due to a fence being installed right over the top of one of them. Prices were reasonable as far as I know. I don't know a lot about cost for sprinkler repairs but I would and will use Same Day Sprinkler Repair for further issues if they arise. read more

This company was excellent...they scheduled quickly, and Mike arrived 15 minutes early. He was very polite, and very knowledgeable. He completed rewiring of our system, traced and replaced 4 sprinkler heads, and reprogrammed everything to work correctly. He was done in less than an hour and the price was a steal!!!! I am completely appalled by the way this business is ran. I usually use the "nextdoor" app to look for neighbor recommended businesses/people to do some quick fixes around my yard and home. I completely regret contacting Mike. The first time he came, he gave me a quick estimate and worked on a few sprinklers, then he said he needed to buy some supplies and that he will be back later to complete the job. OF COURSE, he took the money upfront (which was my fault as well) and disappeared for 2.5 weeks. Throughout those 2.5 weeks we did keep in touch, he kept promising to come by and complete the job "tomorrow". Throughout these 2.5 weeks he has called me and texted me from THREE different numbers. Today was the last straw when during one of our many phone conversations he all of the sudden lost all of his memory, and claimed that he didn't remember coming by our house and doing anything at all, and of course he didn't remember taking the money. He accused my family of being scammers, even though I gave him our full information and house address- and thank god for security cameras that recorded the whole transaction! This has been a complete NIGHTMARE. Save yourself a headache, and stay away from business owners like him. I never got my money back, by the way :) read more
