Wanna relax or get your work out done, everything is possible. Yoga teachers have all their own style and are truly amazing. One advice here, make sure to book your class in advance! Then, the place itself is beautifully designed! It is been done with a lot of taste and sustainable materials. Moreover, it is spacious and plenty of light, just in the center of Brussels. Who would believe it? Last but not least, the staff is AWSOME! When you meet the funders, you understand why this place is filled with so much positive energy and good vibes. Namaste! PS: Ok, this place can be crowded in the women changing room during pick hours. That's why I give a 5 stars and not a 6 ;)

I came accross a few studios in the city, but as they say, its until you see better, than you know what you've missed, isn't it? Just next to the bio shop "Färm", Yyoga fits perfectly in this "chilled out- treat yourself good" area of St. Catherine. The studio offers four different yoga styles: Vinyasa Flow: Rather dynamic Hot Flow: My absolutely favourite, it's basically Vinyasa Flow in a room, pre-heated up to 35degrees Celsius. It's a booster! I don't know how detoxing it really is (I mean, that mostly depends on your lifestyle...) but it surely is mind-cleasing. You will feel different walking out of that class! Then there is Hot Yoga (which is more or less Bikram, same positions, same lenght...), Pregnancy Yoga and at least but not last Pilates. You could really go there without literally anything on you, just walk in check the schedule and do it! They have yoga mats, towels, soap, lockers, they sell yoga clothes, they just have it all... Lessons are in English and teachers are really keen to see their students improving. Book in advance if you want to attend a class which is easy with the app. Cancellation could be done the same way. I have tried the hatha yoga and it was super. Not fast but intense ! This schedule could change as the studio is new to propose new or more classes or new timetable ! Really have to go back again
