We had the best experience with Sam's Service! Our daughter got a flat about 1-1/2 hours east of Burns today (Sunday during Memorial Day weekend). I ended up calling his business because Google showed it open, and although it turns out he did not do tire repairs he went above and beyond to help. He called around for me to see if anybody was available to fix her tire today, and then gave me the number to Les Schwab after hours Service who was ultimately able to help us.
And even though we did not end up needing his tow service, I would recommend him over and over again. He cared and followed up to make sure that everything worked out for us, even though he was in the process of towing another client.
So it was because of him, we were able to get her tire fixed and safely continue home to Portland. As I told him, he turned a very stressful situation into a manageable one.
