I wish there was a way to rate it a 0. I went there to recover a refund from western union, I had all my documents and my cash refund is $2,000. I was advised by the individual working there he could only give me $500. This is an actual Western Union stand alone branch. They are the ones who cancelled my cash wire transfer. And now I'm going in circles to re-coop my money. Better Business Bureau is next to get my complaint. Complete BS!! read more

I seriously wish I could leave six stars. These are the best people I've dealt with in a while. We drove two hours to my wife's office and picked up her payroll check and tried to cash it at Wells Fargo because that was the bank it was drawn from. The bank wouldn't cash it because the check was dated for tomorrow. These good people cashed the check for us and I can't thank them enough for it. read more

I am a regular customer with western union and I had couple of experiences with this location, they are unorganized,rude to customer and discrimination is a well known facts at this location. An employee that works there call me out my name because I was speaking a different language speaking to long distance relatives that I was trying to send money to international calls he ask me to hang up the phone or get out within 1 minute of being In that location, when I told him this is international calls that this is the person I'm sending the money to he said he don't care just get out before he calls the police, and believe me yes he did with no hesitation I felt betray and disrespected by this location so called place of business and to give service to the public when I ask the middle age Caucasian male that works there his name he says Sam that he's the owner and get the fuck out, while I was out side griffin police dept. shows up and I explained to them and they give me a case number and tell me not to return at this location because it would be trespassing. I still felt disappointed, embarrassed,and ashamed about the situation because this place open to the public for services and they get to choose who they want and wants not to give service to...such a shame and disappointment. read more
