I'll start with my only complaint, they should fix whatever needs to be fixed with the restrooms, as some days you're nearly knocked out by the scent of sewage as you enter the store. That pesky detail aside, we are quite happy with our plus membership, even with the 2hr drive. I know, I know, that seems illogical. Hear me out. We get free shipping to ourselves, friends & family when shopping online. The squirrels need nuts, bam, here in 2 days and I don't have to leave the house. That's faster than a "prime order" &, honestly, faster than me going to a local store. I'd put it off as long as possible. Soup for the grandparents, done. Kids low on snacks, check. Fireplace- that took a little longer than 2 days... but, still. For the online options alone it's worth the membership for us. Every few months we also make a trip to shop the store, or when already in town we swing in. 5lbs of goat cheese for the price of 6oz locally? Yes, please! We stock up on freezer items during our periodic visits & on specidic produce whenever we're in town. The scan & go option is FANTASTIC- no checkout lanes to deal with. We simply scan the items as we add them to the bags/boxes in the cart. Swipe to pay & show our QR code on exit. We haven't had a lot of waste, or issues with expiration dates close- in & we've never had to use customer service. So far, so good, many years running. read more

Sushi at Sam's? yes, I feel strange writing this but we got sushi here as my brother says it is the best in town. Honestly, they did very well for a take home sushi and I would recommend it if you are in town. As all is cold, if you are in to hot cooked rolls, may want to go to diff place. This review applies not only to this specific store, but Sam's club in general (samsclub.com). Sam's provides the worst customer service of any retailer I have ever dealt with. If you need assistance, as I did today with a special offer currently available, no one either understands the offer, or if they do are unable to answer any questions. As a side note, this particular store was out of sandwich-size croissants which they bake in-house and when asked they had been baked but were waiting for inspection/verification which wouldn't happen for a couple of hours. In the 6 years I have been going to this club or using samsclub.com, the service and reliability has gone downhill exponentially each year. read more

As soon as I walked into sams club I could see millions of things TVs, snacks, candy, books, they had every thing and all the clothes I needed or wanted were on sale. They even had the new iPhone, I couldn't think of a better place to get my food. Workers are also a big help. read more

It's a big box store with everything you need and mostly stuff you probably don't. If you plan your trips there right you and your family could save a ton of money. If you don't, well then you'll overbuy on impulses, waste it, and then lose out on your cash. read more

Imagine that Costco and Walmart had a baby. Sam's club is that baby. They sell everything in bulk like at Costco and in partnership with Walmart. The layout here is blue like Walmart instead of red like at Costco. Great way to save money if you finish your groceries before they expire. Employees are generally pretty good at answering your questions. I have only had problems buying their fruits twice. Just make sure you check it before and you will be fine. Website says this location is open until 9. I drive a distance to the store by 8:30 and they won't let me in saying they close at 8:30, not 9. It's enough for me not to recommend and am definately canceling membership next week. read more

You can get most anything you need in bulk here! Facilities are clean. Clothing area is a bit cluttered; you can't get a cart through in a few places. The employees, for the most part, are helpful and nice. There's one in particular, a gentleman who checks your cart on the way out, who is extremely nice and engaging! The only downside to this particular Sam's Club is the photo lab. Very rude employees!! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Go somewhere else to develop your photos! read more
