Please , Please, Please Don't eat their Sushi .... the owner is so dirty and Rude ( unprofessional) photos attached .. 1. she yells at her employees constantly, calling them names and cursing out daily basis.. 2. There are roaches in their sushi , because they brought in outside supplies , which was kept in their home as a backup supplies... their home was so dirty that i literally threw up ... ended up staying in hotel. I worked for them for 5 days , and had to leave after witnessing everything i saw , that can't be unseen they offered me great pay to work for them , but i refused to stay due to their bad attitude towards their employees and dirtiness... Life is not just about Money , it's all about hygiene and wellness of members... if you care about your health , please stay away from Fuji Sushi Department. read more

My complaint is not with Sam's club directly, but who they hire to deliver their washers, dyers and other things. Sam's club hire a company named RXO to deliver and set up washers, dryers and other things. My experience with Sam's club service department was beyond great up until they hired RXO. RXO employees and managment personal absolutely do not respect the end customers. To make a very long story short, from beginning to end it was if the 3 stooges minus one showed up to deliver a new LG washer and dryer. No tools to install my new appliances, I said I would furnish any tools they needed. But I was told by the tattooed lip guy he didn't get paid anything extra to do anything except deliver. I told him to get another job. While I was in the garage fetching tools, the tattooed lip guy hits my wife up telling her the same sob story. The incompetence and rude behavior never stopped there. They fiddled around acting like they were hooking up everything and then left. My wife put together a small load of clothes to wash. We went outside after she started the washer and all of a sudden our house started vibrating. My wife ran in and found the washer had vibrated off the pedestal into the wall. She managed to shut it off but it had messed up our wall and melted the machine knob. After careful examination Moe and Curly failed to remove the shipping bolts causing the washer to violently vibrate. That was number one, number 2 was they left the washers outta each ends of the hot and cold water lines. While I was correcting the first two intentional or incompetent issues, I discovered a 3rd, they failed to clamp the dryer 220 volt cable using the provided clamp that was needed to keep the cable from pulling the wires loose and or slicing into the protective coating and shorting out causing a fire or ectroctrocuting my wife or myself. I called Sam's customer service and I talked with a very nice lady that was terribly upset that her favorite delivery service has sent such incompetent delivery personnel. She said she would get with whom ever to write up a service order to replace the damaged washer. Nothing was mentioned about my tore up wall or all the things I had to fix in a tight confined space. Ohh did mention that I'm 75 years old and I have a pacemaker. This is why we bought our new appliances from Sam's club, they delivered and set both appliances up, so I thought. After about two weeks a couple guys show up on a service call from RXO, they had no idea why they were there, so they left. Finally after another week another crew from RXO showed up to pick up damaged washer, no issues that I knew about at the time but unknowingly this crew left the hot water dripping onto my plasterboard wall and onto my floor for another week before I discovered it. Ruined my wall. Finally I did receive a new washer to replace the damaged one after at least 4 attempts. I reported the incompetence once again to Sam's club service person and she told me to write in detail all the things that happened and send estimate for repairs. So like a fool, I did exactly as she asked. So far nothing from anyone. The moral of my story is, buy a LG washer and LG dryer but not from Sam's club. The appliances are excellent. read more

I am extremely ticked off how it seems that in sams parking lot handicapped parking spaces are being replaced by everything somebody can think of. I dont know who is at fault in it. The store I'm referring to is in Cookeville Tn. I cannot walk. I do drive a scooter to get around, but even so I have been having to park out in Egypt (very back of the parking lot). This is mostly due to handicapped parking places being replaced by grocery pickup, employee of the month (why should we care about employees of the month? Shouldn't people just do their jobs without expecting a reward?) It's become like somebody somewhere has decided handicapped people are no longer important and they no longer matter in the world. Is part of the problem that whoever makes these decisions is in a perfect healthy body so it's not their problem? If so they need to think about it that they might not always have that perfect body. Car wrecks or any number of accidents can happen to change all that in a split second. Who are any of us to replace a handicapped parking space for all the reasons they have come up with? This should not be happening and it's enough to make me hate Sam's and not go back there but I'm sure I'm just one person and I'm sure I'm not enough to make anybody care if I go back or not. Employees of cookeville Sam's have been smart with me about it. I've been told if I don't like it I need to stay home and order online, bring someone with me etc. All extremely infuriating and rude things to be said to anybdy. I should not be forced to otder online and it simply is not possible to bring somebody with me each time i go to a store. I should be free to do things the way i want to and i will not change the way i do things just bcause of wrong decisions sonebody somewhere has made. Clean, always stocked with the items I am looking for at the time. Employees promptly answer questions and seem happy to help you. Checkout has self checkout options which helps when you have few items and the staffed checkouts are swamped. I'm glad to have it here in Cookeville. read more

Lady at the food court was maybe the rudest employee I have seen. If you want good service don't get food at Sam's.

I have been coming to this club for about 2 1/2 years since moving to the Crossville area. Very clean Sam's and that includes the restrooms. I think the selection is very nice -especially since this is a somewhat smaller store. The produce is very nice; fresh with a good selection. Actually, my only recommendation for change concerns the Electronics department. It is disconcerting to walk into the store, and be greeted by blasting music speakers and televisions-- all going at full stop! Many had different shows, and music varieties, all at once! What a greeting to the store! It was so annoying and LOUD, that we rushed through that area completely, so as to simply escape the noise! If that type of nuisance does not bother you, then I am sure you will find it a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is friendly, and helpful. I cannot speak to the returns service or policy, since I have not had to deal with that. read more

As a former employee I can tell you this store is run like clockwork. The manager at the time was one of the most easy going I've ever worked with. NOW,the food demo. The demo was managed by Robin,a woman that was a stickler for cleanliness. Rest assured,any food you sample is prepared like surgery,she was very concerned about patrons health,the meat dept is the cleanest I've ever seen. This was a great addition to cookeville when it was added a few years ago. It's not the most spacious sam's club ever, nor does it have the most variety of items - they just got rid of my fav gum, eclipse black or whatever its called as of 11/2014 :( - but it does its job! I like coming here to gas up.. and for yall that stop in cookeville as a pit stop, the gas station/sam's club is located right next to the interstate so its a quick drive! it has a food court too! Very clean! This is such a great place to get your groceries or supplies for home! read more

Experienced some weirdness in there on a couple of occasions. Was it built on an ancient burial site or something? Odd behavior by the employees. I walked in to return something. The girl at the counter saw me walk in. The counter is a few feet from the door. The guy at the door was running his mouth w/ another employee. It's not my job to go tell him to do his job & check my stuff on the way in. She was already doing my return when he went full nazi. Said he had to check my items. Real old guy. Another occasion I joked w/ the young guy at the self check out to do check out my items 'for' me. He did it. I wasn't serious. Thought it was a nice thing to do. Then when he finished he started talking to someone else. I went to walk towards the door & he stopped talking to them & came back to me saying he had to check my items. I could see if he just had to mark the receipt; but he checked them again. I said, you do realize you just rang up my order right? Then again at the door they check them again. It's like being in the Check Republic. See what I did there? Really weird Sam's club. Most of them are. Wish we had Costco in this part of the country. read more

This Sam's club Cookeville location is great. They have helped me with all kinds of stuff. They are friendly and kind and they have a snack bar. They went above and beyond the last time I had an issue with an item under warranty. So much nicer to deal with than wal-mart and some of the other stores. read more

Two weeks ago our daughter was in town from South Carolina . She has a membership and we purchase many items one day. One of the items was sleepwear for me. I did not like the fabric and tried to return it after she left town. I had my receipt but was told I could not do ANYTHING without the membership card. After speaking with a manager she told me the same thing. Obviously I now have to like the fabric or have our daughter mail me her card so that I can do the return! Not good business Sam's Club! We have been a member since we moved here in 2015 and have appreciated the free shipping for Plus members. Now during the height of this pandemic they changed their policy (without warning) concerning pet food. Now if you want to order pet food then be prepared to pay an extra $9.00 for shipping. What I find disturbing is that they did this when everyone is urging us to use ordering on-line, as one avenue, to avoid possible exposure - not a customer friendly move Sams Club - SHAME ON YOU! Needless to say they will be losing a lot of our business. read more

Love Sam's Club. However I have to say Only thing I was unhappy about was the product Sams Club brand Kitty Litter. OMG. I have 1 cat. and just 1 use the litter stinks.. I switched back to name brand and no issues, tried the brand again, and threw it away.. I wouldn't even give this to a rescue. not even them would want to use it. OVERALL through of SAM'S. I was just stopping in for some gas on my way back to Nashville. The price of gas here was the cheapest in the area. It's a little off the interstate, a couple lights and turns and you're here at the Sam's. I pulled up to the pump and got out. I put my Sam's club card in, then my debit card, started pumping. All was well. I was transporting a cat back to Nashville, so I opened the back door of the car and checked on him. I had some trash to throw away, so I gathered it up and took it to the trash can located in the between the pumps. I felt my phone vibrate with a text message, so I checked it at the trash cans (not near the gas pump). That is when I heard a banging on some glass. I looked around to see that it was a female gas attendant in the little building they are in sometimes. She was banging on the glass at me, apparently. I looked at her and then put my phone back in my pocket. I guess she wasn't too concerned about the other people getting in and out of their cars, which causes static electricity. Or the fact that even a cell phone in a pocket could cause a spark (in some testing). All she did was bang on the glass. Weird. read more
