Passing through, and we're impressed. We forgot our Sam's Club cards at home. The young man in the booth for fuel helped us use the app to buy fuel. Gas was $3.01 a gallon for regular. This was the cheapest we've seen since leaving Gatlinburg. We went inside to get something to eat and use the restrooms. The store is bright, clean, and has lots of good stuff. We went to the restrooms first. They were clean and had blow dryers - no paper towels. At the cafe, a young lady took our order for the pizza combo ($2.50) and hot dog combo ($1.50). She was working by herself and doing a good job at 5:40PM on 9/6/22. We had lots of choices at the beverage station. The only thing missing at the straws/napkins/condiments station was a fork. It had spoons, knives, napkins, straws, mustard, ketchup and mustard. Husband's meat lover pizza slice was good (bacon, pepperoni and sausage ) as was my hot dog. He got Sierra Mist and I got lemonade to drink. This was a good stop before the rest of the ride home (3 more hours). read more

I normally never have issues at Sams, but today the guys putting the shopping carts up were extremely rude. I had my daughter in my hands and was pulling a shopping cart out which they could clearly see. Instead of waiting for a Mama trying to get a shopping cart they yelled " MOVE" very loudly and very rudely. Two older gentlemen next to me heard them as well. I understand getting a job done, but I was already getting my cart before they were pushing more in. These young men need to be taught patience and respect for customers!!! read more

The pickup service at this store is extremely slow. You can go inside & shop it faster. There was no parking in the pickup lane for others waiting for their orders. Waiting 45 min for a pick up convenience is not acceptable. read more

Everything you need they have it and more but in bulks! This is the place to go when you need a bigger quantity. If you're having a party, event, or a big gathering this is where you should go. This is also a good place to shop for groceries if you have a big family. They have frozen foods, snacks, condiments, wine, clothes, electronics, books etc. Probably anything you can think of they probably will have it. Even though the prices are high on some items it's worth buying because you're getting more for your money. Buying more keeps you from going back and forth to the store and plus you saving money too. They have the best prices on their fresh meat. You can see them off 75 and plenty of parking. read more

Stopped to get gas while on a road trip. Gas line went pretty fast, the attendant was there and actively pointing out the best line to get into. Clean bathrooms and store and they have both self checkout and attended checkout lines. This is about 1/2 way between ATL and Orlando, so a good place to stop with lots of stores, restaurants and fast food within a mile of Sam's. read more

Somewhere between Florida and Kentucky, we found they place via GasBuddy. The gas station on front had the cheapest gas for miles and miles. We weren't only here for the gas though, we stopped in to shop too. I was appreciative that they didn't card me to walk in the door, like I've experienced at other Sam's Clubs. What I'm most appreciative of though is the 2% Yelp cash back that all Sam's locations just started! That will really rack up the bucks on my monthly Yelp cash back refund!!! My only complaint at all locations, is somethings are more expensive here in bulk than if purchased elsewhere... even not at bulk. I have my go-to list and I stick with those items. They sell good quality home goods too, like towels, throw blankets, etc. read more

Parking lot is always dirty. Gas station is always full. Can you not add more pumps? Learn how to clean up trash when yall close or before you open. They allow people to park, in the pick up spots, get out and shop. People have to wait 10+ mins to pick up there order due to this. Have someone out there policing them. After a while of telling them they will get their car towed for parking there, they will stop. It's not right for plus members to have to fight for pick up parking spots. read more

Sam's Club has it all, as long as you can carry it all away. I stopped here for gasoline. I've driven past this location that's next to I-75 probably 12 times and never stopped. Since I was looking for quality gasoline and a reasonable price, it was a good time to explore a little. The funny thing about Sam's Club is that no matter how they paint arrows on the ground, people often drive however they like to get to the pump the quickest way possible. Most everyone had a filler door on the driver's side, so I was checking for a pump on the other side. I had to stop face-to-face with some large car operated by an older gentleman who didn't seem too pleased that I "was going the wrong way". The price was inexpensive and the pumps were working quickly. The layout of the inside of the store was unusual for me, but they had the necessary items and a lot of bulk buying. It's weird that the gas station and the online store take Visa cards but the physical store will not. read more

I really couldn't help wanting to leave a review for a worker who wears a green vest there named John Roberts. This guy was unbelievable to watch work as I waited for him to get me a surveillance camera set that was locked up. I saw him going around helping everyone at the registers like Superman , while he was working his own line and register. I had to ask him his name because he truly needs the recognition he deserves. You never see people today work that hard and to witness the extra he was doing , I can't say enough . I was a manager for years in retail before owning my own business, but on a serious note he really deserves something for all his efforts. read more

Sam's club always has great prices, so you definitely get your bang for your buck from this place.

I like SAMs it about the same as all the others this one in particular seems larger than most the staff and customers are friendly and its a good place to get a quick bite to eat while traveling. BTW I feel very proud to buy paper towels and toilet paper that fills my cart and food in bulk that would make people impressed by my appetite. Now only if I had a third or fourth refrigerator, freezer. And a trailer for my truck. read more

This store keeps somewhat well stocked. But the employees are a rude and seem very lazy. Not interested in helping you find anything. Also the curbside pickup is a joke. Orders are never ontime. My pickup was from 12-1 and it was ready for pick up by 1255 and I was there at 1. It's 115 and I still don't have my order. read more

EVERYTHING about this store is ran inefficiently. This store is seriously understaffed. The customer service desk is ridiculously slow, the concessions stand is painfully slow and often ran by one person, the pharmacy is slow, the bakery employees are unhelpful, the store itself is old and dirty, the cashiers are slow. SLOW. No work ethic. No pride in how the store is ran. It's obvious management sucks because the employees couldn't give a crap less about how they do their jobs. It's sad, really. I hate shopping here. They have no competition other than Costco & Sam's in Tallahassee, which I gladly shop at often. It's worth the drive, trust me! read more

M wife and I have been shopping at this Sam's for the past year. Most of the time the staff working the floor are great. However the folks that work the service desk are not very good. We have asked about the L'Aveu cosmetics and when they would be having them available for the 1 week sale period that is held twice a year. No one knows. We were told us order the cosmetics by the case as that is the only way to get them (true for special orders, but not very practical for an individual). And not true for items when they have the special in-store sales. We were contacted by the store manager and told that he would get us the information within 24 hours. That was a month ago. Still no information. No response to emails or phone calls. We contacted corporate, and again no information. If we never had to deal with the service desk, this would be a good place to shop. But factoring in the non-service desk makes me wonder if I should continue shopping there! read more

On 03/15/2018 I became violently ill after eating Eat Smart Packaged Oriental Salad bought Sam's Club in Valdosta, GA. I went to South Georgia Medical Center in Valdosta concerned that I might have Listeria Bacteria. The MD ruled out Listeria as I had no elevated WBC on labwork. On 04/16/2018 I bought an Eat Smart Packaged Strawberry Harvest Salad and again became violently ill vomiting non stop all night despite anti-nausea medication. Today I discovered the twenty year old house cleaner who ate lunch with me was vomiting for two days after consuming the same salad at lunch with me. I have to take a moment and brag about the lady who works the register at the Sams Club cafe. Her name is Olivia and today we visited to grab a few things and get the kids some lunch. The cafe was packed, terribly long line. Olivia never once got frustrated or even the least bit upset. When we got closer to the register for her to take our order a manager came by and asked where the girl was that was suppose to have been there 10 minutes earlier but hadn't showed. She asked Olivia if she had eaten lunch or taken break. She said she hadn't but was still taking the time to make sure everyone was served as she kept a smile on her face. With all the hate going on in this country it's nice to see someone still enjoy her job. Thank you Olivia not sure if you would ever see this but hats off to you!!! SAMS here is pretty much the typical SAMS club. Newly remodeled and expanded it has more room for more items. I go there for the three packs of baby back ribs, steaks, and beef tenderloin. Prices are usually much better on meat items than regular grocery stores and they always have them, unlike regular grocery stores. The problem is I go there for the meat and wind up buying more stuff bc it's there :) certain things I like in bulk and SAMS is the place for bulk items. Remember to shop SAMS club online for specials and online only items that can be shipped to store for free. read more

Seriously, every time I come here it's the same. Unprofessional, loud, unhelpful employees. The item I wanted was on the shelf higher, so I asked for help. The lady that I asked told me I probably had to go up front and ask for someone who was trained on forklifts. I didn't do this, because I knew we would be 20 minutes to a half an hour before I could even find someone to help me. (Based on previous wait times) The employees at this location are absolutely horrible and overwhelmingly dreadful. It's a shame that there's not another Sam's Club I can go to. read more
