Terrible customer experience - avoid Jessie Boutique…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jessie Boutique and will never shop here again. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour skirt online and emailed immediately--no reply. I then ordered the correct one, assuming I could return the other. When both skirts arrived, neither was suitable, so I made the effort to visit the store in person--just one week after major surgery. I was told there were no refunds, only exchanges. The manager was polite and tried to help me find alternatives, and I eventually decided to keep one skirt. However, I was accidentally charged for it a second time--bringing my total spend to over $1,000. I immediately contacted the manager (the store had just closed), who acknowledged the error and gave me her mobile number to resolve it. What followed was a two-month back-and-forth of broken promises and delays. Eventually, they claimed the refund had been processed, but it never reached me. I even provided proof via my bank statements. They then refused to help further, telling me to "take it up with my bank." I only just received the refund--four months later. To make matters worse, a $100 t-shirt I exchanged for discoloured after the first wash. Jessie Boutique wouldn't help, and I had to go directly to the manufacturer, who thankfully resolved the issue right away. This store takes no accountability for their mistakes and offers shockingly poor customer service. A high-end price point should come with high standards. Sadly, that's not the case here.

D-Koncept is a French boutique and I would describe their clothes as a cool kind of street wear, but that isn't really all that accurate. The pieces are art. That's more accurate. Everything from the clothes, shoes and accessories to the other cool offbeat items they sell - all art. I'm not a shopaholic but I loved everything in the boutique so much that it could have easily turned me into one. And I'm not exaggerating when I say that I loved EVERYTHING! It wasn't like one or two things here - it was everything. This shop is a true hidden little secret in Wynwood except all the cool kids already knew about this place and the rest of us are just now catching on. Also, the owner Deborah is the coolest person ever! She was very nice and very accommodating. However I will warn you, if you're used to shopping at H&M and Forever21, the sticker prices may give you a bit of a shock. But the items are so cool and unique, you may be inclined to save up your pennies or work that double shift to get what you want. Definitely check this out this boutique, you won't regret it. Oh! I appreciate the warm customer service experience and the patience while I decided on colors to buy and charms to add on. I signed up to be a customer of the store, even though I live in another state, and will go through Luciana to make additional Coach purchases. The service I received here topped the service at higher-ended stores, my experience at Coach Brickell was the blueprint for customer service.

He really knows his inventory so when we mentioned that we need a light carry-on (on some international flights the limit of carry-on is 7kg, so every ounce makes a difference). He also told us how the two smaller wheels on each corner is better on cobble stones than the single larger ones, make the luggage less bumpy. There are many little things that we as a consumer don't know how to look for but he expertly guide us to compare the different products (some that I pick because they look cute) and find one that will be useful for years to come. There are some items on specials that make for really good sale. For high end luggages like Samsonite or Travelpro, he will google the best price online and give you a discount off it.
