He also makes the experience memorable from start to finish. The make-up and hair accented my daughter Elise perfectly and was not overdone. I encouraged her to have this service as she was used to doing her own. However, my other daughter Emily had her hair and make-up done and I knew Elise would like it and feel special. That's part of it, right?! Sam is patient --and willingly waits for the right lighting and for the multiple wardrobe changes. He is flexible and let friends jump in the photo when they crossed paths with us. He has a good eye so he exerts leadership when it comes to making shoe selections, poses and a cool background! I walked into the studio feeling sorta nervous about my shoot, but I walked out of the shoot laughing my butt off and I had a really super fun time! The hair and make up looked great, and everyone who helped with the shoot was very talented. Each location we shot at was perfect and it was super fun driving around with him cracking jokes. Sam truly puts his heart into his work, and it becomes extremely prevalent when you get to see the magic on the camera. His directions were easy to follow -- even though I couldn't tell my rights from my lefts, and the whole shoot was over all a blast. My daughter was scheduled to have her senior photos done in Spring. Spring was too late for me as we wanted photos for grad and college announcements and photos for her senior yearbook page. I called Sam and he got her an appointment right away. She came to the studio and had her makeup and hair professionally done. Sam took over a 1,000 photos of her all around Boise, Camel's Back Park, and the foothills. He was hilarious and so much fun to be around for the 6 hour session.
