After being in Italy for almost 3 years I've eaten here twice. Once when I first got here and the second was today. The first time it wasn't anything special or bad. The booths are different but it was a nice atmosphere. Nothing to write home about. Today I had a different experience. My family and I figured we'd stop by and grab a quick lunch. We were seated without a reservation. Immediately upon being seated there was a hornet above our table. I didn't think anything of it, so I killed it and went on with our lunch date. After ordering our food however, another hornet decided to join us. One or two bugs is something I can look past but they kept coming and it became a nuisance. By the end of the lunch I had killed three hornets.
As for the food, the Miso Soup and sashimi were the highlights of our meal. The rolls were falling apart and our order of mixed tempura seemed like the batter was the main part of the dish. read more
