Came here to get both of our vehicle's registrations done. And I can honestly say this is the best place to take your business. I've dealt with other title companies and this is far the friendliest and the most helpful. As soon as walking in you get greeted and if it is busy. It's only because they are the best at what they do. The manager Joe. F knows his stuff and answered all my questions. Especially during the time when the change with inspections and renewing registration process took effect. Defiantly won't go anywhere else. I have never encountered anyone as rude as Ms. Alvarez. I had taken a number and been waiting awhile (while listening to the employees take long personal phone calls). I finally stood up and opened the front door to wave my friend inside. Ms. Alvarez told me I lost my place because I went to the door. Since there was nobody at her desk, I stepped up and sat down, she told me I lost my turn. I showed her my number. I sat down. She pretended to call security. I truly felt reverse discrimination. Whatever. If the owner wonders why they don't do more business, he should ask for feedback from the customers. read more
