Dr. Carter recommended exercises and the "graston technique" (which is something many PTs also use). Both were extremely helpful in relieving my IT Band issues (and knee pain). The office is beautiful (great colors with a nice feel), light and well run. Check in for my appointment is efficiently done on a tablet. I list any injuries or issues on a diagram of the body. It's nice because I can pinpoint specific areas. Then I rate the pain's level, frequency, and activity. Dr. Carter reviews these entries (which are instantly uploaded to her computer) before my visit. The adjustments are excellent. I am also grateful she does ultrasound - which really helped me with a shoulder issue I had last year!

I had been a patient of another chiropractor using applied kinesiology prior to her but he moved which was a huge bummer and I had been suffering for a few years until my friend told me about Dr. Foster. Since I pretty much couldn't walk because of the pain, she took me in right away, and ever since, my life has changed for the better. You will rarely meet any caregiver who is as thorough, insightful, learned, analytical and concerned for your overall well being as Dr. Jenn. She figured me out so well through many tests, X-rays, adjustments and kinesiology that I hadn't been back to see her for almost five years until I hurt myself again about six weeks ago. Because of my previous history with her treatment, I knew knew KNEW for sure that she would make me right again in just a few visits, and she did!
