We are new to Napa and we greed to a 'trial' subscription for 13 weeks that included Thursday through Sunday. It was to start this weekend. Have not gotten our paper 3 times in 4 days. Called the customer service number at 8:30 a.m. today (Sunday) and was told it would come shortly. Didn't happen. When I tried calling again at 11:30, got a recording that said their customer service closes at 11 a.m. on Sundays. Wow...that's what Clark Howard would call "Customer no-service" This was my first experience with this paper and it will be the last. read more
