They've got a great massage therapy program too at the South Campus ( along w Cosmetology & Esthetics). More organized curriculum and cheaper than other private institutes/ schools. Come get your services too by the students for a fraction of the cost

I will…read morehave to say as I do love South; Central bets it all because: Students here actually talk to you, and are sociable than the students at South. It is fairly easy to find friends here because people here are a lot more open. They make the college experience enjoyable, instead of feeling like you are just going to school for an education and that's it. You can find some life-long friends here because everyone doesn't have a high school friend that follow you around--people actually want to find different people who share the same interests as you. The professors here are a lot better than South (I'm not saying South doesn't have good professors) I've taken many classes here that ratemyprofessor.com reviews were greater. The student center is actually revolved around the students and their needs. They have a huge cafeteria that serves fast food and homemade food. The bookstore is Barnes and Noble and Starbucks--usually they have textbooks that South or North campus doesn't have. There's a certain area with lounge chairs, and a huge flat screen tv specifically for relaxing and getting your mind off of your classes. They have a lot more clubs here that fits any interest you may have. The gym is huge and has a mildew smell to it--I don't know maybe because it its an old building or so. They have recreational sports where you can meet new people and revolved around having fun. Also, cardio and weight rooms for exercise This campus has so many resources that South doesn't have. It is because this was the first campus built because this is the Main campus.

Where else can you get a 2 year degree and full transfer credits for less than 3000/yr?…read more Classes and Staff are flexible, but professors are hit and miss, so check out websites for rating professors. With that said, nearly every course has options for the following: Easy A Challenging and expert In class, online and hybrid Day, evening or weekend Admission was fast and easy. The support staff are mostly students and their lack of job experience and training is apparent. Thankfully the janitorial staff is professional so toilets are always spotless. Very important for an institution of higher learning. I personally have the best ideas while sitting on the throne. I'm just sayin.....

Re: STEM program, engineering The professors do not care…read moreabout the students and most are not good teachers. They expect the students should know engineering when they enroll. The professors do not allow the students to have conversations with them. They scold and blow them off. Is there a financial incentive for the professors to fail students so they have to enroll and pay for classes again? These narcissist professors are failures at the expense of highly capable students being poorly taught by them. I am so angry and disapointed. They are unprofessional at best. I want to file a complaint with Texas Higher Education and find a way to get the word out about this institution. Attend University of Houston. Their grading scale is more reasonable, and you can talk with your professors!

I guess my mind is now a Clear Lake. So let's continue. The main reason we spent a lot of time on this campus is because this is where Barbie has done a lot of her long marathon distance type running. They host a lot of runs here on this beautiful wooded campus and it has so much greenery that it's pretty amazing to be honest. Definitely one of the prettiest campuses in the Houston area, and they have a hell of a lot of greenery which is just gorgeous. Better than having blue-ery anyway.
