I contacted Rebecca Garcia, Notary ID#13233051-0, to get my copy of the Warranty Deed. She told me on 2-23-2022 that she would mail the documents that afternoon. On 3-2-2022 I called the title company and again talked to Ms. Garcia and told her that I had not received the documents. She told me that she would overnight via FedEx the Warranty Deed and I confirmed my address. I did not receive any documents. On 3-4-2022 I left a voice mail with Ms. Garcia about the lack of the documents and I never heard back from her. There is a total lack of professionalism and customer service with San Jacinto Title Services at the McAllen office. I do not recommend the use of this company for any title work. read more

San Jacinto Title Services - The best in the biz - McAllen, Texas

They Don't answer the phone, and they don't return calls, don't reply to emails. I don't understand how they are in business

Stay clear of this company. I had called them to find out when I closed on my house. The buyers came into their office and signed before I did, seller. Then they sent me the paperwork by email to sign after 5pm. I couldn't find anyone to notarize. I had to sign the next day and they requested the notary to sign the day when the buyer signed. I sent the documents by email so they can sent the payment to the mortgage company. They didn't. They waited and we had to pay 800 dollars more because of their I competent personnel. Furthermore, they have yet to send the check to the HOA to transfer services, $75 a month. This company are unorganized, incompetent, and a waste of time. read more

Stay clear of these guys! I had Nelda as my escrow officer. I twice left messages and sent three emails (my bank attempted to contact her as well) to make sure she understood my wife would not be at our closing and other arrangements would need to be made. On the day of closing, I showed up at my appointed time only to learn that they were not ready and need another hour and a half. Then my file was handed to another escrow officer who was completely unfamiliar with my closing situation. A day after closing, the bank and I have both attempted to contact San Jacinto to schedule a plan for my wife to sign. I received two phone calls from San Jacinto promising a plan but never received a return call. They also misprinted my name on my warranty deed even though I had previously identified the error to their staff. read more
