Such a pleasure meeting the owners Crystal and Kyle. They serve tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and tortas. You can choose from pollo, carne asada, al pastor, and lengua in either of these options! They also have drinks like aguas frescas MADE BY HAND.... Horchata, Pepino y limon (Cucumber lime), Jamaica (Hibiscus). I got the pollo quesadilla and this was cooked to perfection, the pollo was seasoned and cooked beautifully. The salsa verde served on the side was the perfect balance of spice and sweet. Whatever cheese they used was sooo good you can literally see how beautifully it's melted in the quesadilla, I can say I haven't had a quesadilla this good and this big before!!! (P.s. you can also get a "quad-zilla" with all 4 meats combined!!)The tortilla they used was delicious as well. I live on the north side so I'm so glad I got to catch them at an event today but I hope to come back in the future because this was just tooo good!!! I had to end my meal with the best horchata I've EVER had and just look at how prettyyy she is I didn't want to finish it, I would order a gallon of this if I could LOL. Crystal and Kyle make you feel completely unwelcome and treated me with absolutely no respect. The attitude is ridiculous, and there is zero sense of genuine customer service. A business can have good food, but if the people running it make customers feel uncomfortable and disrespected, people are not going to want to come back. This might not be top 100-worthy in Las Vegas, but it's a welcome addition to Henderson. Sanchez Tacos is a food truck that appears to have some history in downtown Las Vegas but are currently posting up in the Big's Furniture / Floor & Decor parking lot. For today's Taco Tuesday, they were right across the street from the Costco on Marks. I just saw an ad for Sanchez Tacos on my Instagram earlier today and it caught my eye with the focus on Henderson. I soon realized that I could get a good deal for dinner, so I stopped by to fuel myself after getting gas for my car. Tacos are $2.00 each on Tuesdays, and they currently have four taco protein choices, so I simply ordered one of each. It was a hot summer day, and the cashier was very kind to let me know that I could wait in my car and he'd bring out my order when it was ready. My order came out on a foam plate wrapped in foil then bagged with napkins and one small cup each of their red salsa (hot) and green salsa (mild). Since there aren't tables or anything nearby, I simply went home and ate there. The tacos all come with two tortillas, which is pretty standard for carb balance and structural integrity, and cilantro plus onion unless you decline 'em. The carne asada was actually the most balanced overall, with a mild marinade that worked with or without the salsas. The chicken was marinated and appeared to be more intensely red. Perhaps this was a bad sign since it actually tasted a little too salty. I already limed it to start, and that didn't really help. If they could tame the saltiness, then it could actually be really good. The al pastor somehow went further to the bland end of the continuum but benefited from the mild tomatillo (green) salsa. It isn't carved from a rotating spit or adorned with any sort of pineapple or (in a different variant) onion, so it was kinda plain overall. The lengua (beef tongue) was the surprise of the meal. It actually needed a dash of salt but was very tender and beefy in flavor. More to the point, I picked up a surprising note of anise. It blended into an unexpected melange with onion, cilantro, and lime that reminded me of something different but very familiar. Congrats if you guessed pho! They could seriously market it that way if they wanted to. Henderson used to have a handheld pho-inspired dish (too long ago now), so why not? If you're a bit Taco Tuesday'd out by your usual Henderson spot, check out Sanchez Tacos for some variety. I'll consider trying their quesadillas, burritos, and/or tortas on other days of the week. Oh, and maybe an agua fresca or two. read more

I found this taco truck on TikTok and came to check out their $2 taco Tuesday. We drove 26 minutes & it was worth it! The owners are so nice!! I will always support a business even more with lovely staff! We got pastor, chicken, and asada. I don't get asada a lot anymore because most places, it's dry. This asada was NOT dry and tasted amazing! The chicken and pastor were also great! We also tried the aqua Frescas- cucumber lime & hibiscus. They were so refreshing! They have no business being overpriced. When we arrived we almost consider going somewhere else , however we thought hey we're here let's just try it must be good with those prices . Well it was kind of disappointing. The rice had way too much seasoning and tomato flavor meat wasn't bad at all had lots of flavor maybe too much. The portion was good, but still not good for 18.00 a burrito. They add cheese which brought some flavor and the beans were great. Will I return ? No , sorry maybe if you lower the price a bit and change the rice seasoning or I can order no rice next time. I will be driving to north town next time for food. read more

I ordered an Ultimate Burrito, it has three different meats in it, it's huge and it's the best burrito ever I've eaten in my life, I'm so glad I ordered and tried it.
