Coming from Miami going to Key West on Highway 1, you will see various signs for this place along the way that advertise 4 shirts for 10 bucks. Finally checked out the location in Key West on our way back to Orlando. It only took us 5 minutes to realize that the 4 for 10 dollar shirts they were selling were irregular and old looking shirts. You know, the kind of clothing that doesn't sell that nobody likes at any retail outlet so they put it on a clearance rack somewhere towards the back. I wanna say false advertising but technically it is not. More like bait and switch. Everything in the store is marked up. Flip flops for 20 bucks and sandals for 30? Even a couple of the shirts that we found to our liking cost 20 bucks each. In closing, don't shop here. What's really bad is that there are no refunds or exchanges. You are better off getting your things around the Mallory Square area. At least those guys don't bait and switch you. Their return policy is probably much more customer friendly as well. The store is is not easily accessed if your heading south. From the name I expected a store with good prices for sandals. I was surprisingly shocked at the prices. The selection is great but you better have a banker on speed dial before heading in. Flip flops start around $15 for the simple ones that other stores sell for $1.00 (old navy). On average the cost is 25-30. Looking at sandals I couldn't find a pair under $50. Needless to say we just left with the cheap t-shirts. Your better off to head to K-Mart for cheap Key West items. ** Update Purchased 4 t-shirts while there. If you are looking for Key West tourism themed gifts, random collections / offerings of popular brands like Hurley, Salt Life, etc and popular sandals and shoes from brands like Sperry. We stopped in here when we were leaving lunch on Stock Island. My wife needed a new rash guard and we knew this would be a great spot. She found what she wanted, at a great price point and I found lots to browse through. I found a bunch of fun floral print button up shirts but the sizes were all over the place. The store had smalls and 2X. Most of the mid range sizes were completely absent. This is the major reason for the downgrade in stars. If you are a retail store you need to offer a reasonable amount of sizes not just random one offs. My wife walked out quite happy with her find and I walked out empty handed. If the sizes had been present I would have been carrying out a bag of fresh tshirts! read more

Don't come here. The clothes are broken and irregular. The prices are also expensive and you're better off buying from the store in key west. Shot glass for $4.99 where as you can get it for $3.99 The t-shirts 4 for $10 are all irregular and rejects. $8 for the mug, you can get it from the dollar store. There is also no exchange and no return policy so if u find a hole on your tshirt they wont allow you to return it. Oh well lesson learn read more

The shirts that were advertised at that price were the lonely scratchy ugly shirts no one wants to wear. The prices for the other shirts were insanely high. We literally walked in and walked out. Big signs and billboards through entire Key West : 4 t-shirts for $10, but the entire giant store has one round rack that is marked that price. After wearing and washing twice, the prints are peeling and coming off. I guess this is truly what you get is what you pay. read more

We went just to check it out and the joke was on us! 95% of the t-shirts in the place are $20 or more. There is one small round rack in the back of the store that has t's for kids, men and women. It is 3 for $10 kids and 3 for $11 adult shirts. Sandals were nothing special and not at outlet pricing. Lots of options, but don't go there expecting a great deal. read more

Will never shop here again. Used to be a frequent shopper as a local. Went in to exchange a $50 pair of sandals that were falling apart in less than 30 days after purchase (which I had proof of). They were not willing to exchange or offer a refund. My $4 Walmart flip flops are still kicking after 2 years. My $50 Cobians should not be falling apart two weeks after purchase. I try to shop local when I can to support our community but if you're not willing to offer basic customer service, I'll just shop online with Amazon. read more

The customer service on the morning of Tuesday, June 4th was the worst I have ever experienced as a consumer. A few days earlier I decided to buy an XL t-shirt for $19.99 over the 4 for $10.00 deal they were having. Obviously there was a difference in the quality so I went for the better shirt. I get it back to my motel room and was going to wear it. The shirt was obviously mislabeled and was a medium or large. On the way out of town we stopped to return it. I did not have the receipt but, did not figure it would be a problem as I wanted to exchange and not return it. The woman looked at me like I was a bum trying rip her off. She checked with another lady and I could read her lips 'I wouldn't take it'. Bottom line, they refused to let me exchange the shirt even as I showed them it was clearly mislabeled holding it up against another size. The day I bought the shirt a young man was very helpful and friendly. I guarantee you if he would have been their the morning I wanted to return the shirt for an exchange, he would have done so. The two women who were working on Tuesday, June 4th were the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Key West should be ashamed of the way they treated my family. This was the ONLY negative experience we had on our entire trip. Thanks to these women, we have negative feelings regarding Key West. Bad taste left in our mouths. If you walk it their store...turn around if these are in there you will notice there caring nature immediately :) . If a young man is there....go for it, he is wonderful. read more

I have to tell you the employees that work in the Sandal factory on Marathon Key, Florida go above and beyond great service. We spend 5 or 6 weeks during the winter in the Keys and shop regularly at the store on Marathon. As an example of servicing the customer here's what they did; we had returned home to Pittsburgh Pa. and I wanted an additional pair of Olukai leather loafers. I called the store to order them and Donna Bloom an employee at the Marathon Store informed me every store they have throughout the Keys had sold out of that particular style. But she took it upon herself to search many other stores that carry the brand and finally located a store out west where I could order them. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Lacks honest customer service. Saleswoman convinced my hubby to buy $80 sandals because of a warranty. Told him to just come back with the receipt and sandals if he had any issues within a year. So they broke after 7 months and they said oh no we don't handle anything with the warranties. You'll need to contact the manufacturer yourself. Never buying sandals there again! read more

Furthermore they have a return policy that smacks of a flaky organization: no returns, store exchange only and make sure you hang onto the receipt. No exceptions. Most tourists can't return even if they wanted to, and locals have lots of other options than to make a purchase with these restrictions. Can't imagine buying a gift for someone from this store! I wish I could give it zero stars. They have shirts that are 4 for 11$ which sounds like a good deal for a cheap suvinere for your friends and family. When I got home and looked they had little patches on them covering up holes in all 4 shirts! It's not about the money it's about people selling you crap. read more

if I could have chosen a 0, I would. the man behind the counter was SO RUDE to a customer and was using horrible language with a store full of people, kids included. he told my husband to kiss his a** when he was told he was being out of line to act in such a manner. we were then shoved out of the door by the woman who claimed to be the "manager" who also got into a customers face (who wasn't the one in question). that family she treated poorly also happened to be locals. absolutely disgusting! I have never seen someone treat their customers so terrible. needless to say, we put our things down and walked out. we will be taking our business elsewhere and I highly suggest you do the same. read more
