Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. I met/hired this team (Father and Son James) at the Home Show. They seemed like good, honest, had working people that wanted to do a good job ... BUT that was not my experience at all. The work speaks for itself... if anyone wants to see the horrible, sloppy job, messy they did I am happy to show you! I have pictures from throughout the process and I am happy show you the work in person! Its shockingly bad! I hired this family owned business to remove chattahoochee, do concrete work and then top with "cool decking" - pool deck area, porch and front step ... something I have been wanting and waiting to do for over 12 year .... I was so excited to finally get this done! During the process, I was unfortunately met with sloppy work, teams who worked part days - so process took a long time, drinking (yes - alcohol while working - on my property!), shoddy workmanship, messy, left my property a mess ... i could go on and on! I addressed this throughout the process ... the second son actually put the debris on my grass - THUS KILLING THAT AREA OF GRASS - I mentioned it over and over that it was killing my grass and yet they did not move it until the end ... his response was ... "your yard isn't in that great of shape anyway" ... are you kidding me ... so you think it is OK to make it worse??!! I didn't hire them to add to my problems ... The second son, very pompous and arrogant, who I DID NOT sign the contract with ... was the one I had to deal with on site. When I told him I would deal with his Father and Brother ... he coped his same pompous attitude and told me "you will deal with ME ... my brother works for ME!" In the meantime, I have sent a "checklist/punch list" of items that still need addressed (emailed and texted) ... and unfortunately I have been met with "silence!" TOTALLY GHOSTED by this Company! How incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL! I have given them 2 weeks to respond ... and yet nothing! So now, I feel I must warn others ... thus this review ... Before they left ... the pompous son even said "i'm not happy with how it turned out!" ... Hmmmmmmmmmm and yet he won't ty and make it nice/right??? THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES!!! There is sooooo much more to say, but pictures are worth a thousand words, so I will let the pictures and work they did speak for itself. If you are considering this company ... my advice is think again and run, don't walk, as far away as you can! BUYER BEWARE!!! If you read this far ... thank you!
