After contacting the office to let them know of the mistake I still have not received a full refund. I am short $60.99 from the payment they took by mistake and on top of that I haven't received any refund for the 5 days of early cancellation. No one at that office can give me a reason for me not receiving a full refund since it was not supposed to have been withdrawn in the first place. I had to call at least 3 times to get answers but no one can explain where my money is. The answer I received was I have three different car policies which have different starting dates, but here is the kicker my monthly due date and payment withdrawn from my account was always on the 25th of every month. Make it make sense! Do not go there! After many years of being a loyal customer who paid her bill on time- they stole from me!
