Even then, I had to repeatedly follow up regarding the repairs and when they would actually be completed. I also initially requested mulch installation, but after several appointments where the installation was either not properly scheduled or simply not completed, I ultimately canceled that service. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-through, and accountability was extremely frustrating. Poor service, poor communication, and poor customer service. I would not recommend.

I waited two weeks and heard nothing, so I called the office. The lady I spoke to told me it would be three weeks. Four weeks later I heard nothing so I called again, she said they could squeeze me in on Friday, which was last Friday June 28th 2024. Thursday night we had rain and I have an under ground sprinkler system that come in early in the morning. When the folks came to take the tree out I was in a call and my fiancé, told them where the tree was. When I walked out to see, they had driven a heavy Kobada front loader tractor across my yard making huge ruts . The tree was small and really I'm gonna get this out to every fucking body Require a tractor. As the left I walked the yard and noticed. I happened to notice a soft spot in the yard, thinking it could be from the rain, I waited until Sunday to check it again. It was really soft still so I called the city water to see if it was the water main or the sewer line. We ruled out the water main. On Monday I called the Tree service company "Po Boys " in Sumter SC, and notify them of the issue. The lady said that they are not responsible for things under the ground. I told her I was told that before agreeing to the job and I had not signed any paperwork stating that. I then asked her to send me a document stating that and would like the owner to give me a call. I'm still waiting!!!!!
