Great massage. I like a real deep tissue massage and they never fail to disappoint. I usually…read morewalk-in and ask for a 90 min or hour. Sometimes they don't have time for a 90 minute, which is understandable for walk-in's when they are busy. And they always suggest to make an appointment in the future to ensure the longer times. Great massage for great price. I've never felt pressured to tip. They are happy with the 20%-25% I usually give. I have been here a half dozen times and will continue to go.

Great Massage, But Aggressive Tipping Pressure Ruined It…read more I walked in for a 90-minute massage at WFS Massage and was greeted politely by Tina, who showed me to the room. She returned about 15 minutes later (apologized "for being late"), and while the actual massage was excellent--one of the best I've had in years--it ended roughly 10 minutes early. The session felt rushed toward the end. The real issue came with tipping and payment. The advertised rate is $100 for 90 minutes (plus tax, making it $105). I tipped $50--a generous 50%--but Tina seemed very disappointed and pressed for more, saying she usually gets $60 tip for an hour (implying even more for 90 minutes). She became confrontational, comparing me to her other customers who tip higher. When paying at the counter, there was confusion over change (language barrier didn't help), and the manager/owner? joined in, escalating things. They positioned themselves in a way that felt blocking, and despite yielding somewhat, paying well over the service cost (total around $175+ including the large tip), they still pushed for more with overflowing sarcastic "thank yous" as I left. A strong massage shouldn't come with guilt-tripping or high-pressure tactics over tips. Standard tipping etiquette for massages is 15-20% (higher for exceptional service), and $50 on $105 was already well above that. If the business relies so heavily on outsized tips to make up for low base prices, they should be upfront about expectations. I won't return, and I'd advise others to clarify all costs--including expected tips--before starting. There are plenty of legitimate massage options in Greeley that treat customers with respect and transparency.

I previously left a great review after my individual massage because the massage therapist was…read moreamazing and the experience was fantastic. Unfortunately, my recent couples massage was not great. From the beginning, one of the therapists in the room was texting. We could both hear the iPhone message sound going off of her sending messages in the beginning of the massage, which immediately took away from the relaxing atmosphere. During my massage, my therapist never worked on my feet, front of my legs, which felt unusual and inconsistent as it is a full body massage and because my boyfriend's therapist did include those areas in his massage. Also, $10 each for aromatherapy oil (lavender) not used... neither of us smelled like it and I get lavender oil every time and could smell it last time. The overall quality of my massage felt sloppy compared to my first visit. It was mostly repetitive pressure in the same spots over and over, with none of the deep tissue work I experienced previously. It did not feel therapeutic or relaxing like my first appointment. I'll stick with the other massage therapist.

Able to book same-day appointment online for me and the Bestie. We got the 60 minute combo foot and body massage. They rinse and soak your feet before Services and give you a scalp massage and a relaxing eye mask during your Foot Massage. Total spa experience very very clean inside. Staff was friendly, but not too chatty which helped with the relaxing atmosphere. Thinking about a standing appointment honestly.
