They positioned themselves in a way that felt blocking, and despite yielding somewhat, paying well over the service cost (total around $175+ including the large tip), they still pushed for more with overflowing sarcastic "thank yous" as I left. A strong massage shouldn't come with guilt-tripping or high-pressure tactics over tips. We could both hear the iPhone message sound going off of her sending messages in the beginning of the massage, which immediately took away from the relaxing atmosphere. During my massage, my therapist never worked on my feet, front of my legs, which felt unusual and inconsistent as it is a full body massage and because my boyfriend's therapist did include those areas in his massage. Also, $10 each for aromatherapy oil (lavender) not used... neither of us smelled like it and I get lavender oil every time and could smell it last time. The overall quality of my massage felt sloppy compared to my first visit.
