It's almost impossible to find a local appliance repair person, let alone one you can totally trust! We've known Jason for a few years now. Jason is knowledgeable, accommodating, trust worthy, respectful, helpful, efficient, timely and his fees are MORE than fair! We never worry about him taking advantage of us or anyone we recommend him to. He ALWAYS returns calls. He does not EVER blow off a customer. If he isn't sure about something, he calls the resources he works with. I've heard him speak to people at GE re our dryer. He's always very patient and respectful. Jason is very easy to work with and really a delight to be around. He doesn't dilly dally. He gets in, does the work and he's onto his next job. He doesn't take shortcuts or do things cheap. If you live alone, are a senior aged person or a young adult, you do not EVER have to worry about welcoming Jason into your home. You can trust him, believe what he is saying, believe that his work is quality and first class and lastly that he's not going to price gouge you. I can't say enough positive things about Jason K. I was able to schedule a service call on the same day that I initiated the request. At the…read morebeginning of the four hour service window I was notified by an automated phone call that the service call could not be completed during the scheduled service window. My schedule did not permit me to extend the service window. The AI-generated service representative tried to re-schedule, but became trapped in a loop. Fortunately the repairman who was assigned to my request got the message and showed up during the scheduled service window. The repairman was very competent and friendly. Upon removal of the front of the appliance, he quickly identified that the problem with my LG washer was a loose wire which he refastened and was on his way. Except for the glitch with the automated rescheduling, I was very satisfied with the timeliness of the response and the service provided.
