His weak contract states that not all stain may be removed. I read this and asked him what I should expect. He failed to respond. I was unable to be there when he did the job so I had my aunt meet him and let him in the building. He was extremely rude to her which is surprising because she was a woman alone in a seclude building with a an aggressive man. I guess it made him feel important to treat a woman poorly since there was no one there to stop him. I politely told him I was unhappy with the final result and I asked for a partial refund and was met with the following threat of legal action. "Again, I went over the floor more times that I should have, scraped it and swept it - based on the contract you signed, any bad review will be met with a response from my Attorney. William. The first three photos are before his work and the last three are after his work. He succeeded in cleaning the grit off the floor and that is all. He also left nasty smears of dirt and cleaning solution on the floor. He also hit the sink and knocked a leg out from under it. He did not replace the leg of the sink. It was crooked u[on my inspection of the building. Be very careful with this man. I suspect his equipment is faulty and he will quote a job and in his mind walking behind a machine is worth $1400 regardless of the final outcome. I'd encourage you to read my other reviews so you understand I'm not just made about money. I review on a regular basis and almost always give positive reviews. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. I'm upset that I was ripped off and then, I'm upset he was rude to my aunt, and I'm upset his response was a threat of legal action.

The bedrooms were spotless, the bathrooms were sparkling, the fridge was super clean, and the stove (especially the oven) just like new. Phoebe even cleaned the doors along with the window sills too. Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.
