Please note that I was forced to check at least one star. They don't deserve this one star. My parked car was hit by someone who had insurance with Progressive. It took five days before Progressive would approve a car rental. They told me that they arranged a rental car for me with Enterprise. When I called Enterprise, I was told that I would need to wait another five days before a car would be available. It appears that Progressive and Enterprise are negotiating over the cost of the rental. Today, I am told that I can have a car tomorrow. (There is no guarantee that I won't be given another story tomorrow.) The problem is that I need to leave my home prior to the time that Enterprise opens. I requested the procedure for being reimbursed for Uber fees. I was told by Progressive that they will not reimburse transportation charges. Therefore, I must stay home until Progressive and Enterprise decide to provide a car for me. read more

will not pay off had wind damage to roof i had 3 contractors said they can not do my roof under 1,ooo all .even half of it my house and my garage had damage. they did not have my best interest for me.do not recommend them at all read more

The prices are never the best, When our needs changed and we needed more insurance, they don't seem to do much to help. I don't believe they have my best interests in mined. The more we ask for the less they do. Some questions they just never get back to me about. I don't recommend this company. read more

I had this agency for several years. During a fire(arson) I used their adjuster Randy Lamp. After almost 6mos of rebuilding they quickly dropped me and left me with a $4k bill that I have to pay out of pocket because no one can reach Mr Lamp. They passed the buck and refused to issue a check . The repair company and myself had made several attempts for them t make things right. read more
