Rooms are a large size, fully equipped kitchen and smallish bathroom with no bath. Each apartment has its own balcony. Washing machine and dryer are communal (share with 1 other apartment only). The resort is situated across the road from Noosa river and walking distance from Noosa Marina. This resort isn't the most luxurious place I have been to but it has everything you need.

Haven't had the chance to check out the beach or pool yet, but hope to do so before I leave. Down sides?
