Sheraton Noosa Resort & Spa

This hotel is no longer a Sheraton, it is known as the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort…read more Quite nice. Large quiet rooms and well-taken-care-of grounds. Haven't had the chance to check out the beach or pool yet, but hope to do so before I leave. Down sides? Takes a surprisingly long time to get anything approaching hot water in my 6th floor room's shower.
Conveniently located on the main strip, and a quick walk to the beach, the recently-renovated…read moreSheraton Noosa was great for our Easter getaway. We didn't try the bar in the middle of the pool... because the friendly staff had upgraded us to a spacious 'lifestyle' room with a balcony hot tub.

This was a strange place to stay, with every positive balanced out by a negative…read more Positive - The room we stayed in was beautiful. Private outdoor deck, clean room, modern furnishings, in room spa bath and rooftop spa. Could not fault it at all. Negative - No on site management and cheap electronic key cards = waiting for security for 20 mins so you can get in your room. Positive - The unit was at the back of the resort, so it was quiet and private. Negative - Had a long walk from reception with our luggage, only to encounter a gate that we needed a key for, which we hadn't been given. Positive - Our room overlooked a private pool, separate to the main pool where everyone else seemed to go. Negative - I doubt the private pool had ever been cleaned... I'd probably go back for a weekend. It was a nice room that was relatively reasonably priced. I wouldn't do more than a night or two there, and wouldn't stay if I was planning on taking advantage of the resort facilities.
This resort is fantastic and is on our come back to list for Noosa as a regular place of stay. The…read morestaff are lovely, the rooms spacious and quiet and private as the resort is adults only. Spa baths and full kitchen and laundry in the deluxe room. Make sure you book in advance. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee wonderful. Cocktails by the pool or in the poolside cafe which opens at 10am. Free Easter eggs at Easter is always are bargain in my book :) home away from home. The best thing is that this resort is adults only and the penthouse we booked for next year has the most awesome views. Bring on 2016.

This is for hotel management... at 4:30 am this morning there was a loud couple staying in the room…read morenext to us. I am not using my cell phone so I didn't call management but instead I e-mailed them and reported it. No one responded. Then another couple started fighting above our room at 9 am and I was fed up and sleep deprived so I walked to the office and told the receptionist about my complaint. 1st couple on the first floor at 4:30 am was kicked out, thank goodness. But this 2nd couple staying on the 2nd floor is still fighting. The man has been verbally abusing the woman and management hasn't done anything about it yet. This is just wrong. Also I had to ask the receptionist if we could stay until noon because we're still tired and did not sleep well here. It's unfortunate because I asked her yesterday when we checked in if it's a quiet area and obviously she couldn't have predicted this but she should've pointed out that the walls are thin! Not coming back here. Spacious rooms but who cares when you want to rest and are able to hear other guests through the walls and ceiling.

Rooms are a large size, fully equipped kitchen and smallish bathroom with no bath. Each apartment has its own balcony. Washing machine and dryer are communal (share with 1 other apartment only). The resort is situated across the road from Noosa river and walking distance from Noosa Marina. This resort isn't the most luxurious place I have been to but it has everything you need.
