Worst place to ever go to. All they want is your money and they don't want to hear actual facts about stuff. They make you do classes because you have no sympathy for people and they watch her $55 every week for 16 weeks. Highly recommend go to somebody else. I signed up for a Prime for Life class at Sandy Counseling Center back in October and have had nothing but bad experiences. My first class, the instructor didn't show. A friend and I waited for 45 minutes before calling to see what had happened. The lady at the front desk couldn't tell me anything, and she was the ONLY person who was actually polite and apologetic. The next day, I got a call from SCC saying that I hadn't shown to my class and was being marked as non-compliant. I spent over an hour arguing with this guy that I had shown, and he finally ended up figuring it out and telling me that because only two people signed up for the class, they cancelled this round and I would have to wait a month to start. Nobody had the courtesy to tell me that before I had driven all the way out there and wasted my time waiting for someone to show. Because I was on a time limit with the court, I did not want to wait a month for a class that would possibly be cancelled as well - I just wanted to get it done and had no interest in working with this center that was so inconsiderate. When I called to get my money back and go to another class with a more professional company, the manager/director/whoever is in charge was nothing but rude to me and when I asked him to please report to the court what had happened so that I wouldn't get in trouble, he refused. Now, almost six months later, I'm being called back to court for non-compliance with SCC, even after I've taken and completed a PFL class with another center. They have reported that they have left me multiple messages and because I haven't called back, reported me as non-complaint. I haven't heard from them since the day I got my money back back in November. I have had nothing but bad experience with this incredibly unprofessional company, and they seem to still be screwing me over. read more
