Red on my hair.. let it set for 5 mins.. this is the end result of my visit..... when I asked why my edges still look this way.. she's slammed the comb down.. and shouted.. " WE'RE DONE HERE!".. I went in to get a hair consultation, trim, and a style. The consultation was only questions, no advice was given in regards to products to use or how to help improve my hair condition. I was promised a trim that I didn't get. I know natural hairstylist can trim natural hair in its wet or dry state. Well all I got was dusting of the ends and i badly needed a trim to get rid of my split ends. Next was the 2 strand twist. I didn't realize until i got home that they were done horribly and were so frizzy. Some twists were small, super tiny, fat, and some weren't even twisted all the way to the ends. 2 days later i had to redo them myself and when i was detangling My hair i noticed that she hadnt done a good job of that either. I still had twists with tangles and knots still in them. Price $65. I will not be returning. Nothing seemed upscale about this place from the service to the decor.
