She fine-tunes her classes to meet the needs of each of the students there. I have learned so much by attending her classes regularly and have grown tremendously in my practice as a result of her thoughtful guidance. She's also downright hilarious! Hands down the best yoga teacher I have ever had. I also appreciate how thoughtful Crossroads has been about COVID. They have done a wonderful job navigating this strange and uncertain time. I highly, highly recommend this studio!!

Bundled up in our windbreakers, hoodies and thick socks on a windy November evening. What a rush. Loved it!

The place just recently opened so they are still working on class timing and which ones people…read morelike. They are paying close attention to what classes people like and when they like them so that they can give people the best experience. They are always welcoming when I come in. The classes are well thought out and good. They have 3 sets of packages - unlimited, 8 and 4 classes. Due to my work schedule, I choose the 4 pack. Will keep my membership going.

Not transparent on what exactly you're signing up for. I was told I would be charged $100 to cancel…read moremy membership if cancelled "early". I didn't know we were on contract. Second I walked in 6min after the hour and was told someone on the waitlist took my spot although I checked in through the app. Are people waiting in the studio to see if someone doesn't show up is that how the "waitlist" works. Does not make sense. Third I scheduled a class at 5am for the instructor NOT to show up. All I got was a credit refunded. Surely I could've stayed for todays class being that your own instructor didn't show up a few weeks ago.

I attended the Pilates class first, then stayed for the yoga class. I really didn't expect to sweat as much as I did! It's defiantly a little more intense then I thought it would be, but all the stretches are so low impact that I know I'll be sore tomorrow, but it won't be a injury sore that I feel coming from the gym. I signed up for a membership, and while I think $39.00 a month for a membership is a little expensive, I can quit at anytime. I'm going to try and make the best of it and attend all the classes. They also offer Zumba, which I am eager to try, and a toning class that everyone was talking about. I would recommend it to anyone it ranged from women my age, in their 20's up to 50. Great class, nice, clean studio, I look forward to going back.
