In the Meadow Lake Subdivision built by Bliss Homes LLC., Siobhan is a manager in Bliss Homes LLC and her husband owns the business. Siobhan also is the listing agent and thus has a financial interest in the homes she is listing. Siobhan's conduct is guided not by the NCREC rules and ethics but rather by her own financial enrichment. She presented us with the construction contract for signature. After we had executed the contract she presented a One Year Warranty Agreement (attempting to limit warranties granted by NC law) for our signature. We refused to sign the warranty agreement. An agent operating with integrity would present the warranty agreement BEFORE asking a Buyer to sign it. Coldwell Banker HPW is aware of Siobhan's conduct and inherent conflict-of-interest in representing the builder when she is also a manager in the company AND YET they have ignored this unethical conduct. The NCREC addressed Siobhan's conduct on June 13, 2022 and its decision is a public record. There are many hard working competent and ethical agents to work with and Siobhan and Coldwell Banker HPW are not one that I would entrust with the sale or purchase of a home based on their past conduct.

I met Alli while visiting a home in Apex, I had no experience with home buying or the area very well, but she made it the perfect experience. First, she was always available. We both work full time jobs, so finding time to look at houses wasn't easy. We gave her houses we were interested in and she chose some that she thought would fit our wishes and she organized them where they made the most sense location and time wise. Secondly, once we found our dream house (that seemed too good to be true), she immediately went to work on the offer. She knew her stuff, she was confident and with multiple other offers from others... we ended up having OUR offer accepted! Thirdly, the closing process was insanely smooth. I had multiple people say "you guys seem so calm?" and "aren't y'all stressed?" and in reality, Alli did all of the work and although she communicated with us almost daily, I never felt that she wouldn't work it out.
