This is an interesting place to scavenger hunt for something you need or find something you never knew you needed. There is no sign on the building but look for the big white building with stuff out front. When we visited there was a 15 foot skeleton outside. It's a treasure hunt in there. We did not even managed to get through 25% of it. When I asked about finding something the staff was able to send me in the right direction. It's a great assortment of a lot of stuff - electric mowers, gas mowers, griddles, lighting, luggage and more. I love going to this store. First time there is found 2 patio chairs and got a good deal on them. Have been back several times and got the mystery packages. Yesterday got 10 packages, over $200 in merchandise. It's like opening christmas and not knowing what you get. I plan on returning as much as possible. read more

We have been loyal customers since their Huntsville days, traveling to their various locations to shop -- but after today, never again. The woman who I assume is the owner was walking around eating a chicken drumstick while openly belittling customers. When a customer politely asked about damage on a product, she snapped and continued to berate the woman in front of everyone. The atmosphere was unprofessional and downright hostile. We had come ready to make purchases, but after witnessing such appalling behavior, we left empty-handed -- and we will never return, no matter how good the deals might seem. read more

We will never go back to this establishment, nor will our family members who support their business all of the time. Spent $350 on Halloween items, when we opened the box of Jack Skellington ($100) most of the parts were missing. On the day of purchase we were able to take it off the pallet, it was taped up, looked brand new, and looked like it was never tampered with, so we assumed it was in perfect condition to purchase. We were wrong! Instead of making the situation better the person responding to our concern took everything personal, and did not want to help. Wow, very unprofessional! They have signs that say, "no returns," but now claiming they have a 3 day return policy. Unfortunately, we didn't open the boxes within 3 days, so that was $100 down the drain. Miserable experience...left empty handed after driving an hour to pick up a product advertised available online. I tried to contact them before going. After waiting for over an hour for a reply, I went to their location based on the advertised availability. Drove an hour there, waited probably close to 30 minutes outside in the heat, then drove an hour back home. Then I received a response telling me that they were open. It took them about ten to fifteen minutes to tell me that they didn't have the advertised product. They offered an alternative product(VERY smaller quantity), but could not give me a price. I watched them help at least half a dozen other people. I asked again if they had a price for the product that they came up with. They did not. I finally left frustrated. read more

Just left this shit show furious! After almost melting waiting on the person in charge to price two doors I wanted I finally was waited on and purchased the doors! Twenty minutes later still melting in this heat two guys show up to load my doors. I go to the cashier to get change for a $20. She gives me three $5'a Accidentally, I think not! Grateful I caught it immediately. Next a lady comes out of nowhere claiming to be the owner and tells me another employee has told her he sold these doors yesterday??? So I was given a refund that'll probably show up on my card sometime next week and walked away drenched in sweat and ANGRY! I will never walk into that lot again and hope anyone reading this will do the same! Very BADLY ran business! They should be ashamed! read more

My husband and I went looking primarily for bathroom floor tile, however, as with any remodel, kept our eyes open for additional materials. We arrived a little before 2pm and began our search. We found some gorgeous tile towards the back, two with prices and one without. Ben helped us, but was unable to get the price of the one and we only needed a fraction of the other two that were a pallet deal. We ended up inside around 2:45pm and found some unpriced tile. Ben was assisting another customer and after letting him know we needed a price we waited. And waited some more. I went to the truck for water and asked the young lady in the tent how much an 84" work table top only was. She didn't know, so she asked the young lady with long hair. The initial young lady relayed the price of $75 to me. I asked if she was aware that it is damaged and the young lady with long hair, who had walked away after informing her of the price and was approximately 15' away, said, "They retail for $250." while still walking. Thanks? As I was walking back to my husband Ben asked if I wanted to some odds & ends; I declined but inquired again about the tile. The young lady with the long hair was standing with us during the conversation and Ben gave me a $2 bottle of Rain-X for free. She then went to where my husband was to see which tile we wanted and gave us the price. At that point I realized I'd need a border in order to have enough material, but it was 4:45pm so we told Ben we'd return tomorrow. We took our items to check out and the young lady with the long hair was in the tent. She totalled our items and when I told her the Rain-X was free she just looked at me doubtfully. I told her she was there, but she said she 'didn't hear that.' The implication was clear, so I left to find Ben. When I found him the young lady was with him so I asked how much it was. He said he thought I was buying the tile, but said he wasn't clear enough so I could still have it. I explained that I would need a border, but there wasn't enough tile to go through the mosaics and choose one because it was now 5pm. She had told him that I expected the Rain-X to be free. Not wanting to 'steal' the $2 item I set it down despite Ben saying I could have it because he hadn't been clear. I was willing to spend $500 on tile, did buy two items for $30, but I was going to steal a $2 item? In front of her? We were going to return tomorrow and buy the tile, a planer, and band saw until that. I don't understand her lack of customer service; from not smiling, adding a comment to someone else's conversation, to believing I would steal something. We won't be returning and will spread the word about our terrible experience. read more
